You will hold on for 2.5 minites just listening to annoying voice prompts before you get a relevant prompt. Make a selection and still hold for another 20+ minutes before someone answers. They must just close shop and go home.
Shocking service. You phone in and no-one answers the phone, you are then prompted to send your query via email and they don't get back to you. I really wish companies would use Transunion and not Experian. I know that my credit report is incorrect and trying to resolve this is now a nightmare.
The worst service ever. If you call, you have 0% chance of anyone answering that call of yours. Just givr up. If you send an email. You will get zero response. Zero service
Never been so frustrated. I have been unfairly listed under debt review and the responsible company issued a letter clearing me. Now its been two months and Experian has not updated their details. Wrote e-mails there is no answer. Made calls every day to Experian and i hold for not less than 30 minutes still no answer. What can one really do to get hold of Experian. I AM FRUSTRATED. Where is 0 rating?
And through inadequacy our information was compromised and stolen by whoever it is. Now people will be using our details to do whatever it is they wish. It may not be now, whether a few months from now. You guys need lawyers. You are pathetic!
Experian - You made a horrible decision to merge with CompuScan! Experian is up to date as far as I can tell, Compuscan on the other hand, has 12 month+ outdated reports causing serious issues. No response to emails & 1.5 hour hold times for calling in.
Sold consumers details to a bunch of fraudsters . Should be a class action lawsuit against this company. They don t respond either .

Why isn't there an option to give Experian 0 out of 5? They are by far the worst!! No one answers the phones there, and they won't bother responding your email. The company should close its doors permanently.
Even if I had to call to sort out a technical issue that should have never happened the consultants was very professional and helpfull. Lesego and David - thank you for your assistance. What could have taken 21 days to get sorted, was sorted within 3 days.
