I was lining up for a coffee one day as they have a coffee truck come around in the morning break. I heard one of the Managers say behind me ' What's with this guy? Doesn't he know the pecking order' directed at myself as I was in the line before him.
That in itself gives you an idea of what kind of management they have. You can't even be a loyal, hard worker and not cop some sort of abuse because you are first to the coffee van.
