They offer unlimited training and support to their agents, the Broker, Bob Shirvanian is always available to his agents and well as the management team. You can only succeed in this environment!

I've worked for EXIT Realty East Coast for 7 years. EXIT Realty is a very agentcentric company. The company is designed for agents to have success for their clients and for the industry at large. Top notch training is provided. This environment creates a great atmosphere for unparalleled success!

Bad agency to do business with, they rip off there clients and agents. They lie and aren t truthful about anything. Find a better brokerage. If I could give a zero star, I would.

Exit realty east coast is a family. Always helping one another getting to reach new golds for the agents and more importantly the clients who become family too. Just a great place to do business and feel at home.

I do not recommend!! They are dishonest to their clients and real estate agents! They owe a lot of money to a realtor for his commission and are withholding it! Don't do business with these shady people!

We sold our home in Dec 2019 with Exit Realty, specifically with their agent Mary Jo Hart. I can't express what a wonderful experience with Mary Jo we had from start to finish. She went out of her way to make sure we were informed each step of the way, were satisfied, and went the extra mile to get our deal closed. I'd like to think, the amount of time she took answering calls from me (at all hours) that we became friends, and felt like she treated me as if I were a family member. She's very knowledgeable about the entire transaction, and more importantly the local market, and while she was nice as could be with us, she was a pit bull when she had to be with the buyer's agent. I wouldn't consider any future home purchases/sales with any other agent, thanks again Exit Realty and Mary Jo!
