I have been in the real estate business since 2000. There is no international brokerage that compares. EXIT provides their agents not only great tools, and an amazingly positive environment, but they also teach you where your at.
If you need to develop basic sales skills they are there.want to go to that next level have you covered to.

When a company put their agents first, treats them like family, support them, allows them to have a voice and is nimble enough to make changes you are onto to something big. EXIT Realty's unique formula now that's a life changer.

Exit should spend more time overseeing their franchisees as one of their brokers, in Tennessee, is the worst real estate agent ever. I am just one of a long line of clients that have, or are about to, sue her!!! The State is investigating her license and the MLS Boards are considering more fines (more than they have charged her with in the past).
When an agent signs illegal contracts, misrepresents your property, creates illegal listings, offers "Bait and Switch" listings, offers property as subdivided when it isn't, hasn't shown property once in FIVE MONTHS!!!! yet promises she can bring in high-end "investors" from all across the U.S., demands that the property owner show their own property and take all the inquiry calls, won't call you back, actually blocks you from contacting her, and then refuses to let you out of your contract just so she can hold you hostage for the remaining seven months of her year-long mandatory contract.......this puts Exit Realty in a very bad light.
This woman has so many bad reviews online I am going to be just another one to write bad things about her. By association, Exit Realty looks bad as well.

ADDENDUM: In response to this review someone wrote that if I'd like to provide my contact information they would get in touch with me and discuss the situation. I didn't want to put my personal information here on the Internet for all to see so I contacted the company directly, first, through their website form and, second, to their email address, explained the situation, and suggested someone contact me.
I never heard from anyone......just like the agent who contracted to sell our house but didn't. Guess she learned this "ignore the client" trick from Head Office.

EXIT is the best and I am honored to have been invited to be part of this FANTASTIC family! Support, Mentorship and LOVE!
