Well working here as a security guard is great. But actual employees have it rough. Seven days right now

This place in the beginning was a nice place to work, I didn't care about the 7 days cause I love working anyways, but when they changed Plant Managers Exedy went to hell the new Plant Manager have no experience on how to run a big corporation like exedy, I feel they should have selected one of the Assist Managers who had been there for years for that position. Some of the people in HR are fair and some are snakes and will smile in your face and stab you directly in the back. The Supervisors are stressed out for working long hours and not getting paid what there deserved how do I know because I was one of the supervisors. I loved working at Exedy the people was great, my department I was over was excellent they was a bunch of good guys, they just needed to keep there sexual behavior at home but hey I couldn't control that, but I got in trouble for the associates in my department wanting to bring there sex life to work and but its ok. I have moved on to bigger and better things and I wish exedy all the luck in the world, I would refer anyone to work there cause they will work the hell out of you and then get upset when you need a day off. My manager need to go to a training on how to be a people person or how to deal with things cause he was a total jerk. I wish everybody Luck at Exedy.. 7 days no rest...

Factory with HQ in Japan. If you are 'unskilled' and want a job, apply at the temp. co. doing staffing. Hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Stand or walk for 2 hours at a time. Wages are low. Mostly makes torque converters, for automatic transmissions in cars with Internal Combustion Engines. Some clutches for manual transmissions.

WiFi *may* be available, for executive / skilled employees. Cell-Phone reception is a little spotty, but seems to cover most areas.

Co-worker left there for Denso in Maryville, and seems happier.

Someone should really look into all the work place deaths under Elaine. She's literally killing employees and getting away with it. She must have dirt on management. Great place to work if you want to die.

Its alright, factory work isn't for everyone. The pay and hours are alright, you can easily hurt yourself if you aren't paying attention. Overall from my veiw point this job has made it obvious that the manufacturing industry isn't for me.

Terrible pay for the work you do. No air conditioning. The only decent people are the employees busting their butts beside you

An okay "stepping stone" place to work with good hours and decent pay. They use to work 7 days a week 2 years ago, now it is 5 or 6 days. They are becoming employee family oriented with company picnics and such!
