I have parked here several times and it has always been a good experience.

My girlfriend and myself always use Executive Valet. Love that they can change the oil, wash the car and detail the interior. Used over 10 times over many years.

Take note that the five star rater who uses this place 3-4 times per...owns it.

Great service until I got in the car and found my radio on and settings changed and music selected from my flash drive. I arrived using music from Bluetooth connected phone and powered down my unit because it's touch screen with aftermarket subs....etc. could be 5 stars if you don't care about stuff like that. I'll use again but will leave a Suggestive note.

My preferred choice for parking at Bradley. Highly recommend. Will want to bring cash so you can tip the drivers for their excellent service. Staff has always been so friendly and your car will be snow free and warm by the time you get home.

Excellent service. They are always on time, courteous and helpful. Its also convenient and super easy to use.

The parking rates for great. Staff was nice. They even have a business center inside.

This is the best service ever! We returned home in a storm it was awful. Executive picked us up at the airport and when we got to their location our cars were running under the car port! Would definitely use them again. I don't know how I've gone all this time without this service!

BEWARE!!! My car was damaged while using this service! If you use Executive Valet make sure you inspect your car when dropping it off as well as an employee, and reinspect your car when you return. When I initially contacted them they claimed they could not honor anything due to the damage not being identified prior to driving off the lot (at midnight). They even went a step further, claiming the damage may have occurred prior to using their service. They had claimed they would look into it when I pursued further by contacting Christine Roy, however, they have not returned a single call or email since then. I am terribly disappointed in this service as I have been using them for 15+ years.

I use Executive every time I travel (4-6 times per year on average) and I have never had a problem with their service. The shuttle leaves for the airport every few minutes, picks you up at the airport promptly and the car is always waiting when I return. I never use any of the additional features (detailing, oil change, etc.) so I cannot comment on those - but for pure parking convenience, they are great and I've always found the front desk and drivers to be extremely friendly and helpful. One tip - they are located the farthest out from the actual airport on Rt. 75, which is great if you are coming down from the north as I do. If not, you will drive by all of the other lots before you see Executive.

Easy in easy out. Car was safe and secure, got it back just as I left it. Very satisfied.

I've using Executive exclusively for at least 5 years, I think more. Jury is out on the new ownership. It has always been my experience that if you didn't check bags, you didn't have to wait on the bus for others' bags to arrive. On our return flight on 12/9/19 this wasn't the case. Maybe just a glitch, but if this is the new normal, I'm exploring other options.

A little far out of the way... So not ideal for airport parking but very helpful being valet.

My wife and i dont travel often but when we do or our family is traveling we use this parking service and let me tell you....i would have it no other way!!! They are prompt, courteous, friendly, and every level of professionalism is met from start to finish with AC or heat started depending the season and car is ready when you are. They take such great care of you and your car while you are away on vacation and to keep everything safe i would highly recommend their service to anyone and everyone without any hesitation!!

These guys are so good. I won't go anywhere else. I've used them for the last couple years and have never had an issue, actually just the opposite, I've always had prompt courteous service. I seldom write reviews but after my last experience there, I had to. I came back to CT early this morning at 2 AM from Florida. Winter Storm Jonas had delayed my flight and dumped snow all along the east coast. As usual, I didn't wait more than 5 minutes for them to pick me up at the airport. When I got back to where my truck was, it was running, heat on (as usual) but also the whole truck was cleared off of snow. That's a great feeling after traveling. THIS is how you create loyal customers. Highly recommend!!

Not bad. Every once in awhile my car isn't there when I get back and I have to wait for a cold car but 75-80% of the time they are great.

Always fantastic service and easy to deal with, but for whatever reason, this us the second time they've had issues seeing my prepaid reservations and almost charged me the entire amount...thankfully it was easily resolved and no adverse outcomes came out of it, but annoying nonetheless.

I am very disappointed as someone rummaged through my personal property and stole a bit of change, it's the rummaging that I find intolerable. I don't know what else they did, or took..... Too bad because up til the point I discovered the theft, I would've recommended, not now.

I chose to park with Exective Valet because I found that for the 5 days I was away, Executive had by far the best rate. My experience with them was over the top. When I pulled into the lot to drop off my car, I was greeted by a parking attendant who parked the car for me while I was checking in. The checking in process was simple. The girl inside offered me a refreshment and made conversation about where I was flying to, what I m going to do there, etc. Meantime, paperwork and all was painless. The shuttle driver who brought us to the airport was very kind and friendly as well. Once returning from my trip, my flight landed and I called executive. They picked up immediately and within 5 mins, they arrived at the shuttle pick up area. Again, friendly driver and when we pulled into the lot, our car was already started waiting for us.

I am more than a little disappointed in Ex-Valet and we will Never use them again and tell everyone we know to go elsewhere. Left my 75+ year-old mother waiting outside late at night for an hour!.. after saying "be right there". Unprofessional, inconsiderate and self-serving creeps. Hope you go out of business.

Nice folks, truck was running waiting when i got back, but some little critter got in and I have had seeds or something rolling around in my ceiling and a.c. vents ever since driving me crazy

Very smooth from booking and preparing on line to returning to my car warmed up and running.

First-time customer on the recommendation of my brother. So impressed by this company at every turn - the quality of customer service by every staff member I encountered was outstanding. My flight back to Bradley was delayed by about an hour (arriving around 1:15 am), and their response time and kindness was top shelf and much appreciated after a long travel day. Worry free parking. Friendly staff. They took me to the airport, straight to my gate. I made a call when my plane came in and they were there within 10 minutes. Took me right to my car.
I would definitely use their services again.

While Executive Valet is fine for parking, this is about their car detailing services. In addition to it being the worst detailing job I have ever received what they don t tell you at time of purchase is they charge you the same 10.60% Airport access fee as they do for parking.

Why was the detailing job bad? 1. The back of my RX 350 was either not vacuumed or very poorly done. 2. Not all of the door jams were cleaned. Especially around the tailgate door. 3. It has been about two weeks and the inside of the car still has a nasty chemical smell. 4. They obviously did not use clean towels or cloths on the inside as all of the glossy surfaces had a film on them.

An airport access fee? I can understand a CT sales tax but an airport access fee of $18 for a service provided on premises that had nothing to do with access an airport?

Executive Valet is a fine place to park your car but do yourself a favor and don t waste you money on their terrible airport access fee based detailing services.

Easy and affordable parking. Friendly staff, and the shuttle to BDL is clean and quick.

Not as close to the Airport as other places, but they have the best prices and pick you up/drop you off pretty quickly.

Very nice staff and very accommodating. Made my transport effortless and worry free!

Great and timely service, although when we called to tell the Valet we were on our way back from the airport the number on Google Maps was incorrect and as a result our vehicle was not ready for immediate pick up.

Service was good but very deceptive pricing. Be prepared to pay 20% more in fees.

as noted by several others in the reviews, my vehicle was not only damaged but 1/2 tank of fuel used by someone the week i was in mexico, 7/19-7/26/2017. Amber, the manager said she'd open an investigation. my lawyer advised me to get a repair estimate and i spoke to GM Christine who referred it back to Amber who had in our initial conversation say there was no way someone drove my car and there was surveillance on the vehicle. once i suggested they check surveillance and submitted the estimate for repairs Amber stated they weren't liable because i didn't submit a claim prior to leaving the premisis. i noted i called, FROM my vehicle some 5 minutes after leaving the lot around midnight when i noticed the gas missing and a weird sound coming from my front passenger side wheel. she stated rather snottily that obviously that meant i had left the lot and therefore they weren't liable and offered no proof that their surveillance, if it even exists showed my car never having been moved or used. the bumper underneath the vehicle had been effective torn off and was hanging by one piece and the sound from the wheel was the bumper thumping against it the entire 40 mile drive home on the interstate doing 65 mph. my insurance tried to recoup payment plus my deductible through subrogation and then collection and simply no response ala "if i ignore it long enough it will go away" mindset. I on the other hand am not walking away and am pursuing this in court currently and still they won't return phone calls or emails. word to the wise:
RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! THEY'LL USE YOUR VEHICLE TO TOOL AROUND WITH AND ABUSE AND CLAIM IT NEVER HAPPENED!
especially if it's a nicer car or a sports car. Before even considering using them, rewatch Ferris Bueller and believe the parking attendants in that movie will do the same or worse to your car.

PS: one of the 5 star reviews of this place is by their manager Amber Lawrence, gee isn't that a conflict of interest? smh

Was worth the money not to aggravate friends or family for a ride to the airport.

The quality of service has declined recently and I wish they would fix it. On two separate trips we arrived for an early flight (before 4:30am) and we had to sit in the van for 12 minutes waiting as customers slowly came in. On the most recent, the driver actual scolded us, "you need to get here earlier"... Seriously, we arrived at 4:30 for a 5:45 flight. Sorry Executive, you used to be really prompt on delivering people to the airport but you need to fix this.

went to pick car up at midnight, they couldn't find it and brought us someone elses' car. Finally found it.. They also charged us quite a bit more than it was supposed to be. I have called 5 times to talk to a manager but they are never available. would not use executive again

Very well organized shuttle and valet service for Bradley International Airport in Windsor CT.

I want to give an Outstanding reference to RH..He saved me from walking from the airport to Hampton Inn this morning at 1pm.
Hampton inn promised to pick me up. We I called I was told no service due to bad weather. They it was bad weather before I made the reservation. But they still left me hanging. Thank God for RH, he cares about his job and his customers.I would highly recommend EXECUTIVE Valet Parking over anyone..

I park here everytime I'm catching a plane. Consistently fast and friendly. They always make sure you have everything you need for your your trip. Prices are comparable to other valet parking options but this is the one I perfer. Highly recommend.

Great service at a great price! Came in to Bradley from Florida and it was snowing in Connecticut. They even brushed off the snow when the brought the car to us.

Great place, great service... I still miss the old building, but the new building has so much more space. Car is safe while I am gone, and ready to go when I return. It's even warmed up and cleared of snow in the winter.

Had read all the many reviews. Tought I would have same experience. People were Pleasant . Driver came fast. But my car don t know where it was but had washed it that morning. Before I dropped it off. Picked car up tires and undercarriage full of mud!!

Hit a bunch of traffic on 91 on my way, when I told Executive Valet about my time crunch, they were very accommodating and even called me to get me registered on my way in to skip the check in process so I could hop right on the shuttle bus to get to Bradley.
