I love Executive Boutique. This is the only company that I know who gives us the opportunity to work and at the same time enjoy by throwing parties like summer party which is my favorite and many others with so much variety of drinks that we can choose from that I haven't experience with my previous companies. Most importantly, they always gives us options no matter what especially those single moms and dads and they value their employees which is the most important aspects in a workplace.

Newly hired for health iq but already heard bad things and had bad experiences with the TLs/management. Even the tenured ones are complaining. tsk3. Not good! Accepted a different offer instead (Teledirect). No regrets!

Great workplace if you are a performance driven person(which I am). They had some dodgy accounts in the past and they didn't have much amenities for employees but their recent renovation took care for that. As for the accounts all I can say is that they will make sure you will get paid no matter what.

Being here in EB is rewarding. The environment here is calm and pleasant. We're like family here. We are respected, listened to and supported. As a mother of two, the company is flexible with my family needs. Not to mention perks and parties that surely you will enjoy. :-)

Signed up with them and they took money out of my account several times. Tried to file a complaint in the BBB but of course they aren t registered with the BBB. They have several different names they go by. They also pay their employees a bonus to write good reviews.

Their back office is not efficient and proactive e...

Their back office is not efficient and proactive especially HR and accounting. It took me a while just to get a copy of my COE and 2316. I had to follow-up several times to get some updates and their response was so vague. Kinahanglan pajud nako pangutan-on how, when and where. I just felt like they don't really care. Nya strikto pa jud ilang accounting.

Their team leaders and officers are incompetent, not proactive, very unprofessional and no management training. Pabor2x ug mamersonal ang mga TL. ( Sa kato rani akong account before. Not sure sa laing account nila. )

They have good incentives though and a nice pay. Pro-employee pud ni sila. Wa lang juy klaro ilang management.

Great company to work with. Amazing people. Good incentives. Salary disputes close to none. Great company initiated parties, sportsfest,and family day. Amazing special days give aways. And the list goes on. What more can I ask for?
