Executive Auto Center Review

We found Executive Auto sales on Craigslist by searching for a Chevy Tahoe. Uncertain on what to expect from a Craigslist ad we still went and checked out the car we found online. Upon arrival we were met by the salesman George who is not in any way like your usual car salesman who hound and harass you and follow you around. George was great and cut right to the chase and took us to the car and left us to do our thing. We ultimately decided to purchase the car and completed the paperwork with Alfred who was also extremely helpful from the very beginning. Great group of people who know what they re doing and treat their customers right!! We will definitely be back for a future purchase!

This is our third car from Executive Auto Center... it also won't be the last. These days it's hard to find people that genuinely love what they do. In this case, 'customer service.' Alfred had gone beyond to make us happy. I bought this car and had some issues with it after driving it a few months later, I called Alfred and he took care of everything in just 1 day. My wife and I were very pleased that they shoulder the cost of repair needed. Definitely use them for future purchases and would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

This dealership had me at hello. The moment I walked through the door I felt like I had got the right team to get me a new ride. It was like walking into a men s warehouse and getting measurements. Executive Auto is the perfect place to go if you're looking to get a new car! This was my first car and the staff was so friendly and very willing to answer any questions I had! Based on a recommendation, I chose to go to Executive Auto Center for some hit & run damage to my car. I was greeted quickly, was given a very reasonable price for the repairs, and was even offered a loaner car for no charge while the work was being done. The owner, Gror, and his family and staff were friendly, professional, and exceeded expectations. When I need to purchase my next car, that is where I will go. So impressed!

George helped us find our vehicle and Alfred made all the magic happen. Our vehicle, being a used vehicle, needed a few adjustments and a minor cosmetic issue, they fixed the issue with the vehicle and they even gave us a nice loaner vehicle. Jesus, Alfred and Dror treated me great. They were very professional and did not pressure. I've bought and sold many cars and come from a family in the car business. I purchased a great car from them and highly recommend them.

Worth it! If anything they undercharged! Didn't have time today to clean it up, took it to Issac & he definitely made it look newer then the day I bought it. Will use again next time I'm unable to get to it myself! Love the results, got the hard water spots out from Chico Ca hotel & some other issues. Love it! Just love it!

Before even making the trip to Executive Auto, I spoke with George over the phone. I explained to him what I was looking for, and that I didn't want to make the trip from Modesto to Fresno for nothing. His honesty & straight forward attitude was was all over that phone call, and I appreciated that, because I don't want to feel like you're trying to convince me to make a purchase. I asked questions, and he answered them honestly. I was sold before ever leaving my house.
Once I met Alfred, he made me feel at ease with the financing, and all the rest that comes with purchasing a vehicle.
I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from Executive, and I couldn't be happier. Between Alfred & George, those 2 made my shopping experience easy and pleasurable. Sometimes, all you need is a good conversation, a few smiles, and an easy going attitude. They had all 3. I bought a 2012 Ford F350, and a 2012 Mercedes S550 in the span of 3 days. I got great pricing on both. I felt like I had a really good deal, but a couple of days later, Alfred called me to inform me that he had found me an even better rate. My initial rate was 5.9%, on the truck, and he found me 4.49%. Effectively lowering my monthly payment by $36/mo, and saving me $2600 overall. . I attached photos of the 2 vehicles that I purchased. Something tells me that they won't be my last. I'm telling everyone that I know to come here first.
I recommend you go see them before you decide to purchase anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience buying a car from Executive Auto. From test drive to signing the process was very smooth. Jesus was great at detailing the attributes of the car; Alfred created a great personal experience and Dror gave me an awesome deal. They made me feel like they really cared about my satisfaction with the car I purchased as well as having a very personal experience. Were amazing from the time we walked on the car lot to the final papers, the are 100% upfront and will work hard to get you a deal. We were getting road blocks from the banks and this is where i am in awe the owner personally made calls and got us a deal on a truck we wanted. We live in Denver and given everything she was looking for, we had to look beyond our local area. We found some cars in MT, MI, IN, NE, and CA. My husband was in a car accident and our car was totaled. We chose Exclusive Auto Sales to purchase our new vehicle. Unfortunately had a few repairs when we purchased our first vehicle and it wasn't under warranty but the owners were extremely helpful and willing to help cover some cost, relieving alot of stress. The buying process was stress free with very friendly dealers. Not pushy at all, like most car dealerships. I'm looking forward to doing business with these guys again and will be referring this company to all my friends and family

I was told straight up after securing financing for a vehicle they had that the owner decided to sell it to one of his chronies (by Alfred) I waited all day for Albert to call me back because they needed to connect to the bank I went through to make this purchase. He assured me they could do this and wouldn't be a problem. I followed up at noonish and was told that Alfred had someone in his office and that everything was all good that they would take care of things and that he would call me back shortly. finally I called at 430 and thats when Alfred gave me the news. I would personally never even think of purchasing from this dealer again, and I would strongly recommend you do the same or request to put a deposit or something down while they work on calling you back so they can't sell the car you want while you wait.

What more can we say? This was a fabulous transaction. My wife went ahead of me to look at a specific vehicle that we seen online. They treated her and my daughter with the utmost respect and no pressure attitude. So much so that I went in with my wife later that night (slightly after hours) and they waited for us to finish the transaction to purchase our new vehicle from them. From start to finish they communicated and interacted with us that made us feel special and welcome. Again, no pressure tactics used. Thanks to Alfred and Jesus for a great and easy purchase. I recently took my badly water damaged car there and they completely took care of it. Got all of the stains off completely. Even provided me with a ride home because I was without. I would not go anywhere else.

Bought a used van. Older model. The car was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and honest. They didn't try to sell me anything extra that i didn't need. They responded very quickly to the email i sent both with a email and with a call. They gave me a fair estamate on financing but were able to get me a rate 4% lower than theu thought. A family owned buisness. They had a good amount of late model cars from SUV's to luxury cars to trucks. I had a great experience and would recommend them.
