Bad customer service. Ridiculous amount of time just trying to gain access to MY information. They do one thing for one client, but won't do it for another. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and never got called back. If I had a business I would never use this company.
We are a small business and have been with many other payroll services. They all have their pros and cons, but Execupay is the better option for us because we have more control over controlling who is on the payroll because we can log in and make changes. They are less expensive than other companies we have used. It is great that checks issued are only withdrawn from our account when they are turned in and processed by the employees banks rather than taken out when we process payroll. Reports could be better. When we started the website froze up often, but they seemed to have fixed that. To save even more money, we also print our own checks which seems to get easier every time we do it. I strongly recommend giving it a try.
I've been an active employee for the last 7 years with Execupay. I have a long background working in payroll/HR companies. Two things that separate Execupay and the others is the Stellar customer services they demand from us and the generosity /recognition/support given to us. Thanks to our CEO Gerald and VP Tom. We are very blessed G. Stowers Sr. for creating this amazing user friendly payroll product and for our CEO G. Stowers for elevating it.
Very disappointed in Execupay that they were unable to help me with issues I am having with the EDD for the company I sold in 2019. They said sorry since a lapse since our "agreement" that they could not help me and to look elsewhere even thought I am willing to pay and enter a new agreement for help. Just disappointed that they would turn their back on a long term and high volume customer that needed help down the line. Sad day for business.
Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Spoke to an individual named Nora to resolve an issue accessing my account. She was condescending and unpleasant to talk with. Do not recommend this company
For 8 years I have suffered because of their lack of customer support. Even Basic things do not work, and there is no hope of them helping you in any way. I wish I would've known 8 years ago before I made this purchase that it would completely ruin my business.
