1 year as direct care and supervisor...Every agency is short staffed, but excentia is trying to overcome obstacles that accompany the group home system. The executives share information, and if you come in, do your job, and treat your coworkers and the people whose lives you're there to improve and support, then you'll get all of the support you need.
I worked with them in 2016 , it is loyal company , good schedule , good payment , very kind with the seniors , I respect their effort to help those elder people . the co-workers some of them so kind and some of them not , but it is normal in any company , generally , you can trust them .
They spent weeks putting me through the new hire process, gave me the ok to put my two weeks in at my current job. I completed and passed all required test only for them to withdraw their offer (when I requested to meet at a later time). Luckily I work for amazing people already who openly welcomed me back to their team. Very disappointed with my experience.
One of the best places I have ever worked! Sad to see it come to an end but grateful for the work they do there!
