Wouldn't work there they have no time and don't care about their employees most of all they are racist

The staff was very friendly and they done all my documentation very easily .

I get flexible shifts with them. The management is friendly and easy to approach. I recommend them for work.

I have been working with this company since 7 months and experienced a lots of positive things and proud to be part of Excellent Care....

Working for this company was the worst decision I ever made, these people are abusive, rude, unprofessional and are quite frankly unreliable. They favour staff who come from their country and give them shifts whilst the rest of us are left without shifts and if we do get shifts, we are told about it last minute on the day. When you arise any issues with them they don t like it and they stop giving you shifts. They underpay their staff and they always want you to do long hours 12 hours + in order to get shifts. On one occasion after a long day shift, they tried to make me do a night shift on the same day because they were short on staff. If I could give no star I would cause I wouldn t want anybody to waste their time trying to work here.

This company really suck, they are manipulative and do not pay what they say they are going to. They treat their staff like numbers and not people. They send people into situations with out training or shadow shifts because they are so desperate to cover shifts. This company need investigation. I am so disgusted.

Excellent care is a excellent place to work. Main benefit to work with them is weekly pay & flexible shift patterns moreover the team is very friendly and supportive.

do Not use or work for this company poor service. Other staff complain about the way they re treated. Don t care about anyone but themselves. They really do not provide excellent care. They should change their name

Team work is good, regular intervals training's are conducted,job security is 100 % .I think it is one of the best companies for freshers. It provides really good learning opportunities.The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.
