My experience was not helpful to me physically. They were understaffed and over booked most days.. I did OT and there was only one therapist most days and she was run ragged.. the exercise I was given to do was never monitored to make sure I was doing them. My last 1 weeks of therapy was disrupted due to loss of one of the therapist. Therefore, I was asked to change my attitude time for 2 of my appts. I changed 1 and canceled the last appt. I received a text the night before my Tuesday appt. And was told it was an hour later than scheduled. When I called next morning I was told that that was the correct time.. I must be mistaken. I assured her I was not because I had ask her specifically yesterday if my last 2 Tuesday appts were OK. And she had to me yes.. I just canceled all of my appts. And told her this was very unprofessional and I was not satisfied with their service to me.

I got carpal and cubital tunnel surgery 5 months prior to being recommended for therapy. I was scheduled to get the right arm done the same way by that December, and after the first few weeks I cancelled the surgery without hesitation. Best decision I've ever made. They knew almost immediately that I had something wrong with my shoulders, not my forearms. Up for my third eval soon and currently have no carpal symptoms of note. Did I mention they have an in-house voodoo practitioner? He's really good; New Orleans must be constantly asking him to help break up scar tissue using only some strange balm and his voodoo hands. Can't wait to get back to making music and so glad I dodged the double tap bullets of surgeries in my right arm due to their experience with patients like me. Thank you to the entire Occupational Therapy team you know who you are.

I can not express my thanks enough to Dave, Brice, Rebecca and staff for your professional courteous service over the last five months of therapy to my shoulder after surgery for a tennis injury. Tennis is very important to me and thanks to you guys I am back on the court having fun. I am also busy recommending Excel Rehab and Sports Company to everyone who I talk to about sports injuries.

I know the people at Excel personally, the managem...

I know the people at Excel personally, the management and employees, some by the way have been there for 10 years or more, and can tell you without hesitation, that the two employment related reviews that appear here are nowhere near an accurate depiction of the company and how its' employees view it.
I am a small business owner myself and don't take kindly to this type of Drive By attack. There's an appropriate place for employee/employer disputes, and it's not Social Media or platforms such as Google review. The reason is, some people think they can say anything they want with no fear of reprisal or fact checking, which means they usually over exaggerate, bend the conversation to their defense and/or just outright lie. It's cowardly. Based on these two reviews, obviously from disgruntled former employees (disgruntled and former being key words), one could only think they coordinated their comments as they seem to push the same exact narrative. Not credible in the least.
I admit that no company is perfect and there are sure to be individual factors which either positively or negatively affect each employees experience. But knowing Excel, I know they only hire and retain the best employees, and work very hard to help them be the very best they can be since their employees are what make it possible for them to take such great care of the their patients.
So to these two reviewers; since you are no longer employed there, perhaps you should contemplate why. Have you no idea how you look to those that are reading what you wrote, especially your new or future employers, much less your community? My father had a saying that I believe is fitting - "It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt"

I had wonderful OT with Adam Cleveland at Excel Rehab in the Easley location. He was compassionate yet aggressive with my treatment plan following fractures (and surgery) in my left wrist and fracture in my right elbow. I cannot imagine that my treatment could be any better. I enjoyed getting to know the entire staff. They make you feel like family. I have already recommended this facility to several people who needed PT and/or OT treatment.

Doug helped my son with a feeling test in his hand. He received a first class treatment, and we will recommend him to anyone needing his expert care. It is well worth the drive from Anderson to see these experts! Thanks again!

I've been going to occupational therapy for months, and very slowly making progress when the doctor didn't think I would. I'd recommend them to anyone in need. Also, the staff is amazing!

I was treated so wonderfully.
I was encouraged by everyone.
The therapy was totally geared for me.

Plus there have been periodic follow-up text messages.

I did the therapy at their cent
