Excavation Loiselle recently redid our neighborhoods sewers and water mains. Brutal experience. Between the gas line ruptures, poor communication with residents, and poor workflow management (sequencing of different aspects of the project), it was deeply underwhelming. I hope the city things a better contractor for their next project so the taxpayers don't have as many negative experiences and cost overuns.

I hope the city chooses a better company for its next project, so residents and taxpayers don't have so many negative experiences and excessive costs.
