Generally crap. Don't deliver, don't pick up the phone. don't think this is what the government intended when they farmed home drug deliveries out.

Awful & horrendous as more important what they cannot do due to a 'money' contract with Lloyds pharmacy, cannot deliver to home address as directions to my front door is not passed to driver & if it is unfortunately do not read instructions as was told human error is normal but thousands of times in 12 years? Was also told that I was making things difficult & am disabling myself but when said cannot be home the whole day had to get to extent of giving an explanation like to a parent. That's not human error, that is blatant disrespect & they are the ones disabling disabled sufferers & we have to do as they say & want & we have no choice....ONLY WHAT IS GOOD & FINANCIALLY BENEFICIAL TO MONEY MAKING COMPANIES AT THE COST OF THE PHYSICALLY DISABLED......neurologists/NHS should do something of the blatant ignorance. Office workers no idea of disability & sufferers should be given these jobs. Have also been told to meet delivery driver in main Road even though address on google maps, Royal Mail & am registered to vote.....beyond unprofessional.
I have only scored this one star as the system wont let me score it as zero. I have never come accross a more incompetent company in my life. A repeat delivery that I have been having every month for 9 years with no problem only became a problem when these took over the contract. Notes aren't read and making contact to get things put right is a long winded process due to lines always being busy.
Very poor - I was constantly having to ring to arrange deliveries - they are supposed to ring you. Also phone line is always 'experiencing high call volumes' so expect to wait 20 mins or so each time.
