Saw "Waiting for Godot". It was awesome and all the actors were really talented. The acoustic was pretty good too.
The seats are comfortable but the bathrooms may need more care.
Over all it's a proper place to see plays.

The Everyman Theatre is a nice small intimate theatre. Comfortable enough & a nice bar, friendly staff. Seahorse was funny, true to life, amazing set. If you want a laugh, you should see this performance. It lasts 55 minutes with no need for an interval. It was the opening night, the cast & crew came to the bar after the performance to discuss how the show materialised which was a great idea, never seen that before.

I went to see Cinderella and it was fantastically organised from the minute I stepped in the door. We were greeted by an elf who showed us where to go. We saw Santa,a magician and had a complimentary drink and nibbles. The panto was really good with very recent songs and some golden oldies too. Excellent night

Went in expecting a wonderful experience with my girlfriend. Ended up having to sit away from each other for no reason and it seemed all the staff were on auto record and kept repeating sorry sir its full there is nothing we can do. I was so annoyed that I asked my partner to leave with me. Never again will I step foot in there. First and last experience.

Take a step back in time, to the glamour of what theatre was, it's a treat to enter this historic, well preserved gem from another era, I've been to lots of shows and have yet to be disappointed, there is plenty of leg room and the building is very clean, staff are lovely, bar is cosy, well worth a visit

Very disappointed with the ongoings of a group in front of me, talking the whole way through the show, drinking bottles of beer that they brought themselves and one person vaping in front of me, no sign of staff anyway, very disappointed, I for 1 will not return as they obviously don't care weather you have a good time or not after they have your money.

Lovely little venue with great pantomime each year. The actors are all great as is the band. Drops a star because some of the seats have restricted views of the stage due to pillars which are there to support the balcony above.

This Theatre is one of Corks finest.

This Theatre is one of Corks finest.
Magnificent building. Very comfortable seating. Rows A to N. View to stage from all seating in Stalls and Dress Circle excellent.
Always very well priced tickets. Excellent to donate even a humble Euro whilst booking tickets on line to assist with the up keep of this old world building. Would so match any of the other theatres on Italy. Ideally situated on Mc Curtain Street. Copious bars, restaurants, fish Wife fish & chips to name but a few prior or apres the show.
Parking behind on the Quay. Few seconds walk to The Everyman.

Adele tribute act was great, but terrible attitude...

Adele tribute act was great, but terrible attitude from a jobsworth manager in the bar - told me I couldn t go in at 8.03 because the performance has started , when it didn t start until 8.10! It s not so much what he said, he may have been following some odd sort of protocol, but there was no explanation, or empathy, just a No . In other words, no customer focus. Hence three stars.

A lovely classic theatre comparable to the Olympia in Dublin. Good sightlines in the main hall, although some balcony seats may not be as clear. Always an interesting mixture of productions planned, so it has wide and varied appeal. The house bar is decent, and the excellent Dan Lowery's is next door. Located centrally near plenty of good bars and restaurants.
