Abusive and Dishonest
In 2021 I made an arrangement with Evergreen waste to service my property for five years if I paid upfront. I did this I paid the full amount up front that was to keep the price the sign even if there was any increases. It is now 2024, and the last service I was billed for chlorine. I rang and asked them why I had been billed and they told me that because they needed to start charging for chlorine I was being billed. I explained to them that I had paid upfront for five years to keep the prices the same and it was the agreement that I had made with Evergreen, therefore any price rise does not affect me. I spoke with the manager and he agreed and what the chlorine charges.
This latest service I once again received a bill for chlorine both stop I once again rang them and explained the situation to them. I was told that I would get a call back from one of the managers by the office lady. I received this call back on the 11th of October 2024 in between 2:00 and 4:00 PM.
I live on the sunshine coast in QLD and I was told that I was speaking to the CEO of the company. I explained the situation and what had happened and how the previous chlorine built had been deleted because this was not the agreement I had when I paid for five years worth of servicing. The CEO then told me โtough luck I hadn't made the deal with him and if I didn't like it he would pay back the existing money and I could go somewhere elseโ. I told him that regardless of whether I made the deal with him or not I had made the deal and it had been in effect since 2021 I also had the documentation to show this. He then told me โ I'm not interested you didn't make the deal with me or refund the rest of your money and while I'm at it I will call the council and tell the council that your dog attacked my Workman on the last visitโ. The last visit was over a week ago. I told him this was disgusting that he was lying and he knew he was lying my dog didn't go anywhere near the Workman he was in the shed the whole time and I had witnesses to that. I further explained that if this was the case why didn't he report it when the incident happened over a week ago. I told him that he knew he was lying and how does he sleep at night being so disgusting in the way he treats people and lies. He started yelling at me telling me he would refund the rest of my money and he would go to the council.
To be treated like this by anyone let alone a company to be lied to threatened and the deal made with the company not upheld is absolutely disgusting.
This is the level of people that this company has in charge this is how they treat their clients and this is their attitude, not only bullying but lying threatening and not upholding or honouring the agreement that had been made.
Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can everything's fine when it's going well but as soon as there is a problem you will lose because they lie abuse bully and are dishonest
