A truly horrible and incompetent place. Avoid it and Johnson Memorial Hospital (which is next door) at all costs.

I had a family member who was at Evergreen after surviving COVID. He was treated well, and had no complaints with care or rehab. While it was very far from home (due to no beds near us), I would recommend them to anyone needing rehab. Thank you for all you did- we are forever grateful.

This place is an absolute nightmare and they steal everything from the patiants and the care is absolutely terrible and that would be under statement

Wonderful, caring staff in a nice facility. I would recommend highly.

Do not use this facility. My father went into hospital and was transferred to Evergreen for rehab and was there a month. During that time he was fine, however the day after he was discharged from Evergreen he was sick and could not eat anything or keep anything down not even anti-nausia medication. Those people at Evergreen are incompetent and should have discharged him until he was given clearance by his doctor.

I spent a month here in cardiac rehab after a bypass. Most of the staff (nurses, orderlies, etc) were great, but the physical therapy people told me that the pain I developed behind my knee was "muscular" and I should just exercise it out. After I got out and could see my own doctor again, it was correctly diagnosed as a blood clot. Wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. Also, the food was horrible, flavorless junk.

I was here back in 2017, and the staff was great! Since then, the staff has dispersed and they have people that don t care and don t know what they are doing. There s a nurse that gave my grandmother a pill and didn t even know what it was when asked and said I have to check my mind isn t even here today . And we said are you sure it s her medicine . Well I think so was her response. They have CNA s who don t care and they don t listen to the patient when they say that hurts. And the few CNA s that are wonderful, work over time because everyone calls out and they are burnt out. Most of the nursing staff is good. But they are definitely overworked. I hate to say this. But don t send any one here unless they are younger and can voice for themselves.

Great experience for my Grandmother. She was treated well, and we had no issues while she was there. Therapy got her up and back home very quickly.
