Only positive reviews here. Evergreen Brick Works is a part of my neighbourhood and my favourite spot to walk through. It feels like you re escaping the city for a hot second. The farmer s market Saturday mornings are my favourite ritual, greeting vendors, grabbing a coffee from the sipping container, picking up freshly cut flowers and all of the vegetables. Great spot to walk your dog (on the path or at the off-leash dog park). The little store in the main building also has a great selection of gifts for kids and adults, and the garden centre has beautiful native plants. Hidden gem in the city.

A real treasure in the city - can get busy when the weather is nice, but always worth a trip, and generally plenty of space on the paths to avoid others if you put a little effort into it.

If you're planning to walk throughout the park be sure to bring your own water, there can be quite a line to get into the cafe due to physical distancing rules. The farmers market on Saturday is an incredible place to meet local growers & producers, be sure to check it out, but get there early as it closes at 1pm.

Accessible paths for strollers and wheelchairs, a variety of wildlife, activities for kids and educational displays.

Good hiking trails running through and around the park that hook up with Don Valley and Beltline trails. A high lookout hill with binoculars on a post at the top that you can use for searching the tops of trees for birds.

Beautiful day. Caught a wonderful moment with two snappers. One very large. Saw a dude fishing with a bag of bread. Bread is bad for the wildlife, don't be like this dummy.
Most facilities are closed, but washrooms thankfully are not.

Great location, sadly didn't see the market but hopefully will catch it next time (just check their website for when its open). Nice location lots of paths to walk and things to look at. Parents do beware some of the paths by the ponds are quite unsafe, went with my 2 & 4 year olds and it was difficult to keep them from the edge and especially scary when it was crowded. Regardless really nice area. There were a lot of birds, fish, turtles and frogs to look at.

I enjoyed paths that meandered gently through a spacious regenerated meadow, around man made ponds or zigzag up the hill to lookout for a view of the Toronto skyline. If you add Saturday farmers market, industrial history, UNESCO "World Heritage Site" with beavers size of black bear, you may find this place as attractive and enjoyable, as I did. Accessible also by TTC or bike. Moore Park Ravine and more trails closely. Worthy effort and time well wasted.

Beautiful, well-maintained park. High lookout points, wide fine-gravel trails, great signage, lots of wildlife. Perfect for bird watching in the spring or seeing the colours in fall. Trails are mostly wheelchair/stroller friendly, easy to avoid hills, and many winding trails so you don't have to go far into the park.

Keep your dogs on their leash! Even if your dog is super well behaved and friendly, dogs are damaging to the wildlife and their habitats.

Plenty of shops, activities, farmer's markets, food vendors, etc in the buildings. They're not always open though.

Easily accessible from several trails: Don River Trail, Bayview Trail, Rosedale Ravine, Loop Trail.

There's a fenced in off-leash dog park next to the west parking lot.

Ample, paid, parking. Plenty of bike racks. When it's not pandemic times there are public washrooms.
