Employees who prove to be good/great performers are rewarded very well (promotions, good raises of salary and bonus), especially those who are diligent and skilled. Hard work is always recognized. Attrition rate is very low here. People enjoy the work they do. It is definitely a place to build your career. This place made an offer to one of my friends, waited until she stopped pursuing her other opportunities, and then rescinded the offer when she asked to discuss salary. Instead of giving any useful feedback or remorse, they replied with a generic HR email and then they all came on here to give THEMSELVES reviews and inflate their egos/ratings (a very clear conflict of interest). This should tell you all you need to know. Absolute lack of integrity. Please be cautious potential candidates.
