Everas is the worst company they take all your information (DL,SS,) for the interview process from the recruiter and judge you based on your paperwork and hear back from them a week later saying the higher management are not interested but they didn t even give the individual a chance to express themselves thoroughly to them . What a shame of a company and the worst part is they say they care for people with disabilities .
No work life balance. Flex time is a lie. Work culture extremely unpleasant. Revolving door, No job security, Walking on egg shells, staff treated as disposable, . micromanagement, and extremely dysfunctional overall. They can get 5 stars for the way clients are treated and cared for but staff are treated poorly. As an Admin I witnessed a lot. Any attempts to address issues fell on deaf ears. I could not stay and watch them continue in this trend. They even took away the water cooler. I quickly began feeling like I didn t want to be there and my work performance began to suffer and started to become physically ill as well. (Office joke was count your service in dog years.) I loved and enjoyed the job and the clients are amazing but the culture sucked the life out of you fast.
I worked here for 2 years and I thought it was a great place to work until the company started firing everyone im not sure if they had problems paying everyone im not sure but turnaround here is really high people I thought was great that always came to work on time and left late got fired even managers t s an unpleasant feeling to know you have a great relationship with the clients and their families but your not an asset to the company so you can get at anytime
