I recently worked with this events management company, and overall, I had an average experience. The staff was attentive and responsive to my inquiries, but I found the overall level of creativity and innovation to be lacking. The event they organized for me was decent, but it didn't have the wow factor I was hoping for. Additionally, I felt that the pricing was on the higher side for the services provided. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful information, but I wish there were more client testimonials and case studies to showcase their work. In terms of customer service, they were courteous and professional, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of delivering unique and memorable events.
