Good selection of plants and very knowledgeable staff

West End is so wonderful! I bought some herb plants to cope with COVID-19 cabin fever and the plants are absolutely beautiful. They also surprised me with the gift of a lovely flowering perennial to put in my garden now so that next spring when it comes up I can remember this time and be reminded of how lucky I am. The contactless pick-up was excellent. Thank you, West End!

West End has the best selection and quality of plants in greater Chicago area! The owners and staff are knowledgeable and genuinely seem care about the success of my gardening projects. Every time I visit, I find something beautiful to bring home and never have an issue finding help when I need it! I will definitely be coming back, keep it up!

Had a fabulous time making "Potted Porch Planter" for Christmas season, thanks to Cook County Farm Bureau....Thanks to Elizabeth and staff for all their work.

I like to shop local and support independent small businesses. Staff were all wearing appropriate masks and coaching shoppers on safe personal space. The selection of vegetable plants and seeds was nearly sold-out because of high demand. I would definitely recommend this place for bushes and flowers. I will shop there first when I need some straw for mulching.

The flowers were as seen in the picture, really healthy and beautiful. The delivery was excellent - nothing damaged. And I loved the decor, they out a cute bow, colourful papers and stuff to make it look like a mini garden. I would highly recommend West End Florists!!

The best thing about this flower shop is that they do deliveries, too. I called them and asked to deliver the flowers for my mom. They had the most and affordable set of arrangements

I showed up on October 3rd and there was still an abundant selection of healthy, beautiful plants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My 5-year-old granddaughter enjoyed helping to plant the containers, and look how nice the results are on the deck after dark!

Online ordering at the website was easy, no contact delivery the next day was seamless and special instructions were carefully followed. The geraniums, begonias and impatiens were even better than pictured-- very healthy, carefully tended and read to plant.

I live just down the street from West End Florist and they do a terrific job meeting my expectations, providing high quality customer service and advice on my garden.

Just a fantastic place! Good prices, knowledgeable and very helpful staff, a huge selection of flowers, plants, trees. It doesn't look like a commercialized nursery with lots of souvenirs and accessories, it's rather a family owned local business that will appreciate your support.
