My god if you want a COVID test do not come here, one bay open testing 2 at a time. They have 3 bays...I had 15 cars ahead of me and I ve been in line for an hour. All that government funding could maybe go to a few more employees here testing.

Went on friday to have blood work done at the registration/lab requisition area. Haven't been there for a year. I knew in advanced the hospital is set up differently going in to it. However, the signage was not clear as to which entrance to use, fyi, there are many, and you have to drive through several parking lots to get where you need to. Each entrance I went too, including the Main entrance was the wrong one. Finally found the entrance after being directed by 2 different people at 2 different entrances, as to where to be. Then I had to walk a maze which is highlighted with tape to actual be in the right area. Found it!
My complaint is this, the Main Entrance should be the Main Entrance for anyone that needs the Lab/Registration office. This office is on the backside of the Main Entrance, I checked it out, and I questioned some of the staff also, as to why the Administration would make people walk this ridiculous maze. They ALL AGREED, how ridiculous it is. Make it easier for people to get in and out. Not setup properly, especially for the elderly.

Although I waited to 2 hours to be taken back to the ER, I had a phenomenal experience at ECH. I went with a minor laceration (obviously low priority anyway) and the triage nurse that first saw me was calm and nurturing. I wish I remembered her name! Then I was suchered by Dr. Eliza Reed. This being my first ER visit and first time getting stitches, she explained what she was doing, and why she thought it was best. I felt like Dr. Reed took her time and made sure the stitches were well placed and well executed, and that she prioritized relieving my stress through the whole process.

Went to the ER early in the am on Thursday. I have never been to an ER in any hospital, that is so compassionate and caring for someone. Every staff member was outstanding. The quality of care I received was incredible. If I ever need to go to the ER again or any of my family members, I will come here if time permits. I'm super impressed. Great job Evan!!!! You seriously got a big gold star in my book! Thanks for taking such good care of me.

I received my Covid vaccine here. The entire process was handled promptly and professionally. The atmosphere of the new facility was pleasant and relaxing. We are fortunate to have this facility at our disposal as opposed to waiting in some long car line at a football stadium.
