Notary incompetent, unable to close a file in time.

Already 10 phone calls after which I was supposed to receive an email but nothing and above all they are looking for excuses when their incompetence.

The succession has lasted for 2 years, we were supposed to close everything on September 13th but sir is unable to finish the file on time, so he canceled the appointment on the 11th without really notifying us.

After a phone contact with the secretary I learn that she was not aware but she checks and the appointment is indeed canceled but told me that I receive an email on September 13 to give us the closing file of the succession so that we all sign on our side and still boom nothing.

Saying a problem of concordance for the 13 when everyone had well taken leave.

The big foutage mouth hoping that it goes quickly settle.
