How to go to Lafayett?



The toilet here is very clean

Lafayett mall is like a hidden gem for me beside the counter brands shopping. I love food court and rooftop!

The Galeries Lafayette is an old traditional department store in Paris. I visited you with friends and family in August 2019.

As in most department stores, there are stalls selling international jewelery and cosmetics on the ground floor. Usually also with prices that only a few can afford. On the upper floors you will find clothes, toys, electronics and much more, and this at prices that everyone can afford. I found the Disney store very nice.

On the roof of the Galeries there is a panoramic terrace with a beautiful view and a very expensive vegan restaurant (0.33l coke, 7 ). We then had a drink in the self-service restaurant, where the prices were more moderate (0.5l coke, 3.60 ).

The Galeries building itself is really very beautiful. It is old and artistic. The glass dome is unique. If you don't want to shop, go in and have a look at the dome. For the brave, there is also a free skywalk that offers an even better view of the dome.

Just visit for the experience. There is a walkway which gives you a better view of the Dome. Depending on the time of day, it can be a bit of all wait. If you're unsure about getting around, there are plenty of people to ask.

The gallery is an incredible place for shopping but mainly for visiting the top floor with a viewpoint.

A beautiful view over Paris and the Eiffel Tower that can be even better admired at sunset.

I always take friends who come for the first time in Paris to finish the Montmartre tour, as the gallery is not far from the Sacre Coeur by Metro.

I recommend it to everyone who would like to know what a typical Parisian shopping would be like, but with a touch of luxury and modernity.

not sure if this is the store, anyway, but one of the asian staff here kind of looking down of me by her tone of voice and sight that she staring at me... i felt that though... she was super damn rude with that sight and tone

Accompany my friend to buy mate because you get there cheaper and have a stock of varieties of food at very good prices.

Terribly overpriced, overcrowded by the busload (literally: bus after bus) of tourists in a frenzy to buy everything in sight. Very high end prices but without the luxury experience.

Architecturally very beautiful building, with a wonderfully designed dome. Particularly beautifully decorated in the run-up to Christmas. The free roof terrace offers a great view over Paris. A must for every visit to Paris.

Surprised not to have been offered a glass of champagne on arrival, what was my disappointment on entering this big market (because yes it is not a "store") prestigious boutique

I had fun shopping here. There is a lot of good clothing brands.

Beautiful shopping centre with many shops and 3 gaint buildings my legs were pain after I walked around all of them

This gallery is stunning, its architecture, everything there is a luxury.

Nice place to buy things in Paris. Although it looked like an expensive place, I think you can find good things. There's also an office where you can get a tax refund if you're a citizen of a country outside of the European Union

You can find probably almost every luxury brand here, and also known for it's Xmas atmosphere.

Magnificent place whose stained-glass dome covers the entire store! A choice of brands and sensational Christmas decorations.
The windows alone are worth a look! A terrace with a unique view of Paris.
Except the prices, rather expensive ...

Perfumes are cheaper here, of course! It is possible to eat at Galeria Lafaiete for little money. Good place to buy gifts and souvenirs. Visit the terrace and see French architecture with great Roman influence. The service at Galeria Lafaiete is always good. Don't forget to ask about the Tax Refund after shopping: you will receive a refund of the fees if you live outside the EU.

The best thing, for me, was to see the restaurant installed in a geodesic dome, on the terrace of the Galleries! Beautiful and with a wonderful view!

This is essential shopping experience. Lafayette Galleria is all about the ambiance and the history. They have high fashion to reasonably priced Lafayette brand and even Top Shop. Worth while the visit for the visual experience.

A sweet and comfy place for shopping breaks with great food and drinks. Convenient within the Galerie Lafayette food complex, we enjoyed regional cuisine special treats at fair prices for the high quality and fresh food. We enjoyed the superb wine selections, too.

I personally wouldn't buy anything here, but I came in front of the building. That is really very nice. Both the dome and the railings are very beautiful. There is also a kind of extended balcony that you can use for free (with a queue) so that you can experience the space even more from the height from the center. Upstairs you can (also free) on the day. Very nice view because it is so right in the center. You can see the Eiffel Tower, the Sacre Coeur and much more

During this festive period, the galleries transforms into a fairy-tale village

It is a very good place to buy things in Paris. Also, it has a terrace with an amazing view of the city

This store is always crowded but has good collection to choose from.

The giant tree is in the Haussman location. Dont get them confused like I did and go to Champ Elysee to be disappointed.

Obviously essential because it is one of the iconic Department Stores of Paris. But beyond that, you have to go there to admire the dome: a delight for the eyes.
Big or small, we can only be dazzled by so much beauty. Do not hesitate to take the escalators to discover it on different levels.

It's free, it's sublime, and during the Christmas holidays it's even more magical!

Awesome department store in Paris. Harrolds equivalent in London. Prices are too high. Everything is products of branded houses. But it is worth going and sitting for a coffee. Two coffees for about 13 euros.

Like shopping centers in Vietnam, diverse goods, prices are not too high. Located in the heart of the city, it is very convenient to travel.

As in any cosmopolitan city, a marketplace of vainness, but it's worth it. Nice view from the roof terrace.

If you are a woman ... Without a doubt it will be your favorite place in the world.
You have absolutely everything you can imagine to cook.
The prices are not cheap but it is one of the places you cannot let go.
The quality of the products and the food cannot be beat.

Incredible department store, in the same style as the American Macy's. At Christmas time the decoration is surprising, even with animated windows! Worth the visit

It would be wise to surround yourself with "qualified" sellers. Having managed sales areas for 15 years (in my first professional life), I am very sensitive to this B.A.BA of commerce.

Lots of malls in Indonesia and many other places beat the design. However, this is the only place where you'd get top of the line branded items.

Overpriced, Long queue, too many shoppers. Other shopping areas offer better price and easier tax refund process and services. Just that customer service in general is not bad.

The cheapest bag 200 and jackets for a thousand euros there are enough.

Great shopping mall in the centre of Paris with amazing etalages. Perfect location for tourists who want to go for a day shopping.

Great high end mall for clothes shopping. Also a great place to get a great view of the city for free. Head to the top floor via escalator. There is a restaurant and view area on the roof. Not too many people there.
