Huge store where everyone seems very professional. During an event I was warmly welcomed. The terrace alone is worth the trip!

Beautifully laid out...lots of designer shops and eating areas...a little pricey..but what else would you expect in Paris ...

It's over crowded, but interesting to see people spending thousands of euros on stuff like purses and shoes... waiting in line to buy... yet the building itself is indeed amazing and you should walk all over it to get a feeling where you are...

Cheeky cashier!
I received a pair of shoes as a gift, the size of which did not suit me.
I therefore leave the office to go get reimbursed at the Galeries Lafayette on Boulevard Haussmann in Paris.
Not having the card which was used for payment (necessarily since it is a gift) I could not be reimbursed.
The insolent cashier could not do anything for me except to offer me a gift card usable only at Galeries Lafayette of course ...
Very bad experience since I had to be absent for half a day from work to make the return trip!

Beautiful mall with decently priced restaurants and a lot of choice when it comes to shopping.
Most things are a little overpriced though. As it is a popular destination for tourists and locals, it gets crowded very quickly.

Amongst the shopping in a superb store, if you want to see all of Paris in the evening after dark, take a walk on the roof terrace. The ballad is free and the spectacle splendid.

Almost a must visit if you pass near the shopping center. The dome and the balconies are worth seeing. It is worth going up to the upper terrace and enjoying the incredible views. Buying something is something else. Luxury brands and exorbitant prices. But very curious to take a walk.

Lots of great shopping. We used duty free and got the tax refund at the gallery.

Few shops with seating.
The prices are high but in line with the quality of the products they offer.
I didn't notice much diversity among the shops

Nice place, very complete. Apparently it is a very old and picturesque building rebuilt and adapted to shopping, prices are high, it has a terrace overlooking the city of paris

Two beautiful buildings for great shopping. The building with the ladies department has a beautiful central part with a dome with stained glass. There is also a Skywalk to see everything well
You can also go to the roof and have a fantastic view over the city.

Mythical Parisian department store, temple of fashion classified historic monument. There are all the major French and international luxury houses. To visit absolutely.

A beautiful place, everyone should visit to make a panorama of the city of Paris.
And also a very clean and free toilet. And for tourists, the actual issue.

In addition to shopping, there is a good self-service buffet on the 6th floor and an observation deck with excellent views of Paris on the seventh.

If you want to lose yourself in shopping, it is the best place in the world haha. I loved

The building is out of control! You MUST visit it. In addition, on the 7th floor there is a huge terrace with free access with one of the best views of Paris! It's super beautiful !!

This place has the cleanest baby changing station I've seen in Paris! 3 stars for that alone!

A beautiful store ... I should say a large store on Boulevard Haussman. Must-see decorations for the Christmas holidays. Showcases full of magic that remind you of childhood and that delight little ones

The store is superb and there are the biggest brands, but there are MANY tourists. I recommend going there in the morning, on weekdays, to take full advantage of this wonderful store.

With this weather in autumn. Galaries Lafayette is the best place for shopping.

Something for all age groups and enough holiday memories for the tourists. In terms of price, this is completely okay, from expensive to "cheap" everything is included. And the roof terrace is also great for drinking coffee.

I expected more. It was an expectation generated by the opinions of friends who visited.

Internally it looks like a big department store where each brand has its space as a kiosk or demarcated free space.

During Christmas it's so very busy and packed but perfect for shopping and the Christmas tree is lovely!!

Very claustrophobic place. Low ceiling, stores are very close to each other. The dome is beautiful but the only way to look at it is to stay in the queue as every square meter around atrium is taken buy some small store. Feels like a bad restaurant near tourist attraction selling overpriced food with the tables so close to each other that you need to ask several neighbors to pass you to the toilet.

I came for the terrace on the top floor, however too small, but part of it seems to be under construction. Not enough umbrellas too sunny in hot weather this is not the best. By cons the wonder ... a view of Paris ... wide angle

Great place for shopping if you're a millionaire. But the place is beautiful

I think it is the largest shopping center in France that includes most international brands and a lot of regular and goods of every shape and color and for all ages between the walls of a luxury building and wonderful decorations and friendly workers and the surface the tourist can enjoy a fabulous panoramic view under the rain clouds at this time of year .... You can find everything but you have to pay the price. Forget the furniture of a large Swedish brand where clothes come from. Here there is only high end with the prices that go with it. Our backpack was nearly stolen from the cafe in Lafayette despite security being there.. I had to chase the thief myself.

Not to be missed at the Lafayettes haussman galleries, I went there last night for a dozen pastries, served with my fingers, in boxes borrowed from other neighboring providers, dirty boxes of chocolate, not presentable at all !! Very disappointed and catastrophic service

It is a beautiful place, you can find everything (like: watches from a few euros up to hundreds of thousands of euros) and I recommend to visit them to all people who are in Paris.
