A place to see in Paris! A grand departmental store. All the latest fashion can be seen here. A good tourist spot too! Window shopping is possible... there is a security check for the luggages.

Unmissable, too crowded but very beautiful building and to see the Christmas decorations

Store of all brands. You have a whole floor per product, it's great, it's all expensive. Pure illusion

Large Christmas tree with a magnificent interior, but I find that this year they really did not go out for the windows! Just because there are no foreign tourists doesn't mean the locals should be overlooked! I had also hoped to have a pastry but not everything is closed. Frustrated and disappointed this year!

Only made it though the lower floor but excellent service as one would expect.

This place is huge and overwhelming. Figure out what you need to buy and where to go because it can get crowded here fast.

The gallery is very beautiful, very large! But they told me that when Brazilians arrive they play Brazilian music to warn security. I was intrigued, but really, when we were there, Ludmila's music played. Very sad that, some pay for the other!

Best place to shop for women and kids. Best collection of deigner perfumes too.

I had the fish soup. It was good, but not amazing. The garnishes were really good and plenty.

Service was friendly, food came very fast, and prices are ok.

It's the famous Lafayette and it lives up to its reputation but the design is quite outdated from inside eventough the store front display is incredible and a must see.

I find that there are too many people with the health situation we are currently experiencing. Also, there is nothing of interest to see. For years, I have the impression that this Lafayette gallery is deteriorating. Sometimes quite high prices and now with the internet, we find the same products much cheaper.

The fashion department store who has almost all the well known fashion brand

The places are really beautiful. It is part of the flamboyant industrial Paris heritage from the Haussman years. After, on the other hand, everything is super expensive, it is difficult to circulate in the aisles there are so many people, and there are also almost only tourists with purchasing power probably quite high.
But the dome, especially at Christmas, is a delight for the eyes. It throws and it's beautiful. A delight, for children, with the windows, in addition, outside.

That the appetite and the soul of everybody will surely find it in this place. Quality and gourmet delicacies will not let anyone complain!

Store at the top, the most beautiful part since always the dome, magnificent without fault. Lots of brands represented for all tastes. Having Lafayette Maison opposite allows you to concentrate and take a tour by subject. There is also a good selection of shoes and once you get past the tourists you can find what you are looking for and / or just walk around for inspiration.

A large store to visit for its dome, rooftop and free indoor activities. For the rest, it is an accumulation of luxury shops for wealthy tourists.

I love the basement of the shoe store directly accessible from the metro exit . And also the magnificent architecture of the building! So beautifully decorated during the holiday season

In my humble opinion this place is overrated. The view indeed is breathtaking but the size of the portion and its price are non-comparable.
Overall a nice experience

Impressive this temple of consumption for a provincial like me. I wanted to see the glass dome of this famous department store and well I was spoiled, it's beautiful! There is a play of lights which highlights this canopy. And more recently, there is the glasswalk, a glass walkway that allows you to go into the void under the dome, great.

A very bad meal in Lafayette! I ordered the beef rice noodles and vegetable noodle soup with my wife. It was just microwave heating food, and I ate the plastic pieces twice in the same bowl of noodle soup. I told the clerk that there was no indication and action. I just wanted to take the noodle soup away. Give the bill to you to settle. This restaurant may not be suitable for the Lafayette department store.

How awful is it!

Quality products !!! Very good selection of things. My visit concerns the Lafayette gourmet. There is enough to satisfy all budgets if you search well. Only downside, I had a cashier who did not greet me when I arrived at the checkout. She was talking to another cashier. I found this attitude rude.

I love this store and the atmosphere it gives off. The only hit is the prices of the products. But for the pleasure of the eyes it is not bad too. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

A good place for fashion brand shoppers. All big brands under one roof.

A must for every culinary enthusiast, extensive Patisserie and a wine department that you say to you.

Enormous and beautiful shopping centre. You can find some good prices on very nice brands. Shop has pretty much everything. Must visit for any one who loves to shop.

What can I say, the Galeries Lafayette, a compulsory place to visit, or thousands of tourists but not only go up to the terrace of the top floor to admire the view of the various monuments emerging in the middle of the Parisian roofs. The internal dome is a real gem of art. Who can miss this timeless place when he comes to stay in Paris!

My wife loved it. These stores have everything you need and don't need. You will be tired and with a lot less money in your account.

Two saleswomen from the spring -1 Haussmann threw me an icy and scary look although I smiled at them and say hello without them answering me.

This gallery is more for bedding, table and home accessories and some kiosks for food and fruit.

Brilliant. So much choice. Even good for just a browse around or to buy gifts.

Largest mall in Paris, lots of high end stores for shopping

Place always very crowded at times chaotic. Much like Harrods, La Rinascente, KaDeWe. During the Christmas season a giant Christmas tree is installed and various decorations hanging from the dome. To see at least once if you are in the area but nothing special in my opinion.

LONG LINES!! we couldn't wait any longer so we had to leave. Be prepared to wait.

I have never seen so much luxury in my life together. I was pleasantly impressed by what I saw.

The perfect place to rest, sit down and have a bite if you are in the area. Got an amazing array of foods laid out, Asian, Italian etc. Personally I love the Pret. Restrooms also available

Worth it. The strongest point is the view from the rooftop and the new glass bridge to take a picture of the gallery's dome.

If your wallet allows and you want to shop away from the bulk, this is the place for you.
Not to be scoffed at is the delicious food area with all sorts of delicacies from French cuisine and the patisserie.
The staff looks after you very well with a lot of charm and style.
