Took me a while to realise how big this inter building store. There are two amazing things about this awesome galleries. First the incredible dome inside from where you can see the best balconies ever. Second, the awesome view point at the roof. You must go to see the views.

Chill bar with good drinks, as expensive or even cheaper than in most other rooftop bars in Paris. The view was fine, you can see the back of the Opera and the nice Eiffel Tower. Very beautiful at night!
The dome is really beautiful, with many brands, and good service...Many Chinese service personnel communicate with tax refunds quickly and easily

The whole city of Paris can be seen from the terrace. The view is beautiful. But shopping is expensive. Anyway it's worth going.
The building itself is nice and special, with all the top designer stores under the same roof is unusual and a great shopping opportunity. However, it's not my favorite spot in Paris.

A great restaurant with exquisite service. I went there with my father and we both loved it. I would recommend the salmon salad, best I ve ever had and the moules et frites. Will come back here again!
Historic building with clothing, footwear and accessories from world brands
It is a very big and nice designed building in which you can find top brands. Also, the guys working there are very respectful and kind to their customers
I love the macaroons and the different types of chocolate was incredible the flavour was rich and sweet I would definitely recommend it :-D;-)

Worth a visit to view the architecture. Really beautiful. I was there in August and it was packed with tourists. It was a good air conditioned break from the heat outside. There are many luxury stores and some had lines to get in due to the large number of people shopping.

A magnificent place very popular with tourists. The entertainment is great (skating) and above all free, therefore accessible. The interior and decoration at the top. BUT, the only downside, being a very famous shopping center, the prices are much too high. Let's say that the magnificent view of Paris from the roof will compensate for this little snag.
Wonderful building (inside and outside), well preserved. You can also access the rooftop and get a view of Paris, the opera and all the specific buildings of Paris. There are also places to eat and have a drink. Great shopping center with lots of brands, sometimes too crowded. If you need detax, you can get it at the basement.
The only star is for the waiter because he was so sweet and sorry for me!

Very fancy shopping mall with all the luxurious brands worldwide. The visit itself is very entertaining even if you don't plan to buy anything. It has 2 separate buildings one for the ladies and the other is for the gentlemen. however, the are linked with a glass bridge that crosses over the street. The place decorations is magnificent and very glamorous. Give it a visit if you're a tourist in Paris.
Department store, lots of people for Christmas shopping and decoration
I went 3 days ago planning to drink something at de restaurante-bar while enjoying de view.
The hostess was very rude and wasn t helpful at all. She had a very bad attitude, and we felt very bad because she nearly push us out of the place just because we told we want a different table.
I DO NOT recommend this place, if people that works there are like her.
Magnificent sign. We came for the inauguration of the Christmas tree by Virginie Efira. It is without question the most beautiful tree in Paris and the glass dome is sublime, as is the view from the terrace which dominates the capital

Every year I come to Paris I must visit Galeries Lafayette. The Christmas decorations are always beautiful, and the whole atmosphere of the place is just wonderful. Sometimes it can be too crowded, so just remember you are on holidays and enjoy your time with no rush. It is worth it!

If you have money to spend (but also for those like me not ... ) it is certainly worth a visit. Ah, easily accessible and with a wide choice of foods inside, it makes you eat in the restaurant part. Prices obviously skyrocketing ....

Amazing experience. They Lafayette gourmet building was a highlight. There are so many unique nd exotic food available. The bakeries and sweets are brilliantly decorated and taste even better. I ate at the butcher in the basement area and had a wonderfully cut and cooked steak with amazing sides.
For a stroll and to experience the Parisian building type in a luxury department store, the Galerie Lafayette are worth a recommendation.
A bit expensive as you would expect but definitely an experience in itself.
