I am a Salesforce Consultant and worked with eTeK IT Services. They have very good Salesforce clients and Opportunities. Placements were quick and the pay rates are competitive. Overall, a great company to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

Cons
I really don't have one bad thing to say, if you are an energetic, outgoing, hard working and competitive person you will fit right in here.

Advice to Management
Thanks for the opportunity, let's keep a pulse check on fun as the company continues to expand.

They started calling themselves my employer where ever sending my resume. No transparency. Client telling tehm some different rate and they communicating different rate. Its so frustrating that such people still sit in market.

My experience working here has been great . they are great with supply of steady contracts, never had a complaint and great company to find good work opportunities. They take care of me and contact me once a month to make sure I still enjoy my job and if Anything is needed.

Please don't join with this consultancy. This is a fake consultancy. There is a Manager by the name SURYA. He is a disgusting guy. He makes me to work at his home for works like (Laundry for his and his wife's clothes, Cooking, Dropping them in my car to the places where ever he go, etc.,). He treats me like his servant. He treats students as waste people and they don't know technology. He never encourages students to learn new things and he will demotivate the students as if they are laymen. They don't provide the quality training instead they provide us the online links to search for ebooks to learn. Marketing resumes here is very slow. I am on bench since 6 months. I strongly recommend every one not to join this consultancy it's waste of your time, money and energy.

Surya: Please try not to exploit students like me for your personal needs. Please treat students as human but not as your slaves.

Open and friendly work culture

I had a very good experience working with eTek IT Services. Most of my interaction was with Surya, and he is an incredibly hardworking and professional individual. I am a first-time consultant and was super skeptical about each and everything thing but he eased it smoothly for me. My queries and concerns were address proactively without any delay and there was always a personal touch to it. I liked their process and have already referred some close friends who are looking for a change. Hope they keep doing great work.
