So I know Eteacher is a subcontracting company or whatever but I had a service through rosenschool through them and not only was I very unimpressed with the program and for the amount of money per month I was paying, but they also decided to try and make it super difficult when I attempted several times to cancel, proceeded to charge me the remaining cost of the semester ($300 for the last third) and they were a pain on the customer service line when I tried to speak with someone about the issue they just kept saying they were busy and would call back when they had time. Excuse me but you don't just go charging people money they didn't authorize or are under a time contract (which I wasnt) to finish paying for a product/service. Very frustrating, unprofessional and these guys just want to make a bunch of money for doing essentially nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND to ANYONE. Thanks
