As a CSR working for the state of Washington, you will be taken advantage of at every opportunity. These positions only exist at ETC as WA is increasing Min wage and the state does not wish to pay.

Tenure gets you absolutely no raise. Ever. Work as hard as you want you will get two whole dollars less than a person doing the same job in WA.

Expect constant back to back calls, while the work being so easy and dumbed down a child could succeed, the customers are livid at the tolling infrastructure (as they should be as it is set up to be a fast cash grab) and take their anger out on you as if you are getting their money personally.

Regularly expect to handle 1000 dollars a day in transactions while taking 50 calls. At the pay rate this amounts to a little more than a dollar per call.

I would recommend selling water at an intersection as opposed to slavery.

I recently started working here and the crew that I am working with is wonderful. They do work with several different toll authorities. I am still in training but from what I can tell it is a very good group of people and I plan on staying here as long as they'll have me.

Got into a scheduled interview, which was mentioned to be for at least half an hour and two interviewers would be present in that session. First of all there was only one of them and second of all I wasn't asked anything related to my career/work activities during the interview, was more of a regular chat kind of discussion for only ten minutes. Before hanging up I was told that someone will get in touch with me next week. I was enough surprised after the session, it doubled, When I saw an email just a minute after the call was over, that they have selected someone else. Wondering about the skillets the person is having who can evaluate someone in such a short while(he/she is a gem of the company, please don't ever let this person go). They are not FAIR in their own terms.
I would have rated with zero star, if there is an option.

I was working at ETCC call center until today. The supv Briana Hataway fired me because of my tone, however the temp agency rep listened to the same calls and said my tone was fine. Truth is Briana is mad because I called her out on a lie last Monday 11/07/16. She emailed the temp agency saying I left the job on 11/04/16 early and didn't notify anyone I was leaving which was a lie because I told the lead Jeff Sturh I was leaving and we have to print a shift form every day before we leave, sign it and give to our lead Jeff. Which I did. When I confronted about the email she act like HR sent the email and when I said the email was read to me and signed by her then she says I didn't tell why I was leaving. I said I don't have to tell you my personal business. I just have to inform you that I'm leaving which I did. Briana does not know how to manage a team because she runs it like it's pre-school. You shouldn't put your friends in management, that doesn't make them qualified. Then we were told in training that we would convert to perm positions once we did 540 hrs. if attendance and stats were good. That was a LIE!!. Where I'm from your word is your bond. Briana Hataway will look you in your face and lie through her teeth. Can not be trusted!!!!!!!
