Overall this is a quick and easy system, with help available. Could be improved a little, but not a lot.

I find the service very easy to navigate. I always receive my return promptly. My tax return is pretty much the same year to year so much of my details are already in my account so it's a quick matter of confirming what's there and perhaps updating the odd detail. For me it works really well hence I highly recommend the service.

I have been using Etax for a couple of years now, and find it easy to do, accountants are very helpful, and the fee is much better than going to a local tax agent.

I've been putting through several years of non-lodgement through Etax Accountants as I was living overseas, which was handled effortlessly by them and made everything much simpler. This tax year has been hell, between returning to Australia, getting a salaried job, then getting JobSeeker and then JobKeeper, but the process I was dreading so much was a piece of cake with these guys. Very disappointed with this site. It was not clearly stated that I was going to be charged a fee to lodge my tax return, and when it was made clear, it was too late to cancel the tax return. Will NOT be using this site again!!

Hey ... (I'm Self Employed) some parts are frustrating only because I do my own book work ''my way'' and putting it in for the government format takes a bit of mucking around. Good because I can stay at my pc and send it all and cost is way better than ... well going to one of those shops, if you know what I mean. I have had some experiences with them don't worry and not just because of the ridiculous price.

Ive been using etax for years and they have always been fast and reliable.

I did my tax through e-tax last year.
Simple, easy, most input lines are already complete through mygov.
I promised myself I'd keep up to date with recording my deductions and I didn't for the 2018-2019 tax year. starting fresh for 2020 I promise keep up to date using the ATO app, because it's really easy.

Just battled with MYGOV for 2 hrs to change p/w. It rejected all my my info, Frustrating. I go to Etax Accountants, done in 20 mins. SO GOOD, THANK YOU ETAX ACCOUNTANTS.

l used them last year - They were thorough fast and competent. The site is easy to use even on my phone. I had always done my own tax, which usually meant anywhere between 4 and 8 hrs of Stress. Now it means 30 minutes of filling in the gaps. If I am unclear I leave it blank and they message me until we are both Satisfied that it is complete. best Service totally worth the Tax Deductible Fee.
