I always had issues with rude tawasul taxi drivers, last night was the worst experience i ever had with taxi... a very disrespectful and rude driver of car plate 4405 that declines a passenger for short distance travel and pretends that he has a customer waiting well in fact he is still first in the queue, a liar that shouts on passengers even though you talk to them politely, even fights with security when i called one.. this horrible driver shouts and keep pointing fingers at me and even tried to grab my phone when i took a photo of his plate, almost grab me good thing the valet is in between us... never ever in my life feel disrespected by a guy before.. he even Ask me to call the police ( mind you!! He remembers that he s wearing slippers when he said that so went to his trunk and wear his shoes... ) . I hope tawasul evaluates their drivers properly to not further spoil their company.

Office is very beautiful .operation hall is very good but change the operation office people is behavior very bad.

This unorganized taxi driver ruined my day. Why drive a taxi if doesnt know the way - it is just 5mins drive on my place to drop off just opposite of a mall nearby. No enough change for 50aed bill in mid day!!! - some excuses forcing me to facilitate a change for him, am i the driver here? not considering im a lady with a baby. Why does the passenger need to adjust on these when the passenger pays in full of what you rendered. As if like i beg to ride on your taxi. How about a taxi fare depreciation when a driver dont know the place and no change for a bill???. I would rate it as zero customer service. Zero manners at all. Taxi# 10897. 1:30 pm, 26 feb 2019.

Today morning pick up for tawasul taxi. Very bad driver so anytime angry and shouting words. Better than emirates taxi.

I called to my number Mr. Maktm your staff responded to my call and informed me as the mobile is in taxi and traveled back to my place and handed over the mobile. I'm glad to be a part of this company but the problem is commission, target structure is not good compared to other companies

I would score 0stars if possible. The taxi driver took me in the middle of nowhere and kept asking me to search on google where the entrance is, although he said he knows where to take me in the begining. I paid 50dhs to be taken half the city and then back because the person had no idea where to go. Not to mention he had an abusive behaviour and yelled at me and called me stupid. Still waiting for their reply to my complaint.

Brilliant experience there, my fone was left in the taxi and i got it back on second day without any issue.

Drivers take you with longer way to make extra money. This is happening to me many many times. They usually ask you which way should they go and give 2 options to see if you know the way. If they realize that you don t know the way they will take you with the longest way they can.
Now when driver asked me which way to go I told the driver to take me with the closest way he said ok and took the longest way. When I asked him why did he do that he asks me again where am I going when I said him twice my location when I got to the car and he showed me that he understood the way. So here for taxi drivers: IF YOU WANT EXTRA 5 or 10 aed please just say it instead of taking passengers time as we may be in a hurry.
