The front office staff always has a positive attit...

The front office staff always has a positive attitude in their interactions and are very knowledgable in their respective departments. As a former student, I've associated with many instructors here who put an emphasis on the desire to learn and who strive for their students' success.

Non-academic services include a student-life lounge, a performing arts center, a cafeteria, engineering-oriented workspaces, various science laboratories and a variety of other past-times and services. A bus service (Zoom, I believe) makes a stop at the school many times throughout the day, so transportation is also an option, albeit public.

There is always at least one patrolling law enforcement officer on-duty and there is a fire-station on the north side of campus, should any emergency arise, emergency services are only a brief moment away.

Really cool school all the faculty here's great, nice, helpful, and determined to help you succeed, that has been my case. But could not say the same for the front office people, the complete opposite.

I once LOVED this school but since Covid-19 hit, they've really dropped the ball. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT. I've decided to give up on Maricopa colleges and attend a private school. It may be expensive, but at least they are there. I can no longer recommend this college.

Do not go here. Estrella Mountain has the most unhelpful, incompetent and uncaring staff and professors I have encountered. My staff at my high school put in more effort to help me than these people have. Put a hold on my account, when I called the financial aid office they would not explain the charges and refused to do anything to help and transferred me back and forth. They took my money right away but the hold is still on my account preventing me from obtaining a transcript or signing up for classes. I will be so glad when I'm finally able to transfer to ASU and go where the staff cares more about their students.

One of the worst customer services I've had to deal with.

I bought 15$ dollar headphones and I wanted to return them the same day because they couldn't plug into the school computers.

I had ask (in the most generous way) if I could get my money back and get different headphones. I just wanted to do my homework on the school computers.

Joana (the lady working at the store) stated that " you can't return these headphones. Once you open them you can't refund them". In my head, I thought to myself ' Any student that opens a textbook can't get their money back even if it's the wrong textbook'?

When I first purchased these the same day, she didn't even give me a receipt. she just said thanks & went back on her phone.

However, I walked back into the store and then stated that " On the receipt that you didn't give me the first time coming to bookstore stated that "Non-Textbook items may be returned within 30 days of purchases.

She then stated that "It doesn't cover all scenarios and situations"

She then proceeded to play on her mobile device.

Never go to this bookstore unless you want the employees to ignore you.
