Love the location of our forever home.
It's a pity that when the developer does work that directly effects your property, the developer and the contractors engaged shun all responsibility for any damage & cost's.
Vibrating machinery being used to compact large area's of the development have caused cracks in our retaining walls, we have been told this is our builders responsibility even though the wall was build by the developers and our builders have not been near these walls.
Feel let down by the whole episode.
Failure to return emails and calls in a timely manner, the ability to "fob you off" frankly leaves a bitter taste!
