Thomas from Essex Guild Homes, is a one of a kind Estate Agent. Being a pensioner and alone, and completely out of touch with the whole selling process, nothing was too much trouble, and it was as if he was there holding my hand the whole way. I needed help understanding the legal stuff and he certainly knows how to get things done. He kept his promise of getting me a buyer by the end of the first day of viewers!
