Really poor customer service. Had a hydraulic hose burst due to it rubbing when the tracks were retracted and extended, Bobcat of London bodged a repair then refused to replace the hose under warranty so we are currently taking steps to recover the money. I gave the service manager a fair chance to come and rectify the hose but he blankly refused without even looking at the problem! Had another digger leaking, Bobcat of London told me the ram was cracked and needed replacing so I got another company in who just tightened the hose connection! We've had lots of problems with this company and would definitely not recommended them. The Bobcat machines are poorly assembled and the paint falls of them and rust appears. In my honest opinion you are better off spending a bit more money and getting Kabuota excavators and definitely do not use Bobcat of London.
