Good place... Revamped and added lot of new rides...

Awesome amusement park suited near mumbai region,can reach there by road as well as by having ferry ride from gate way of india... Great place for fun loving and adventure loving people...

Been long since they haven't upgraded their rides. Being the only funland in Financial Capital if the country, you got to have best of rides to attract more mass.

Celebrate the new year eve and it was awesome the only concern is heavily crowded that make long wait in que for every rides.

It is a huge amusement park,in Island of Arabian sea,having plenty of rides for both adults and children,and many fun filled events,having restaurants.Entire day can be spent easily but no facility of night stay.

- How to reach?
The best and the fastest way is to get the ferry from Gotta Gorai creek. Quite reachable from the Western suburbs like Borivali, Kandivali. Just reach out to these stations by a local train, go to West and take either a BEST or an auto to Gorai Depot. From there, autos can take you to the boarding point for ferries. Reach early (approx 10:30am)
- What to see?
Rides!!! Despite being one of the oldest amusement park (almost 30+ years, guess), the rides are well maintained. The best is to go on long weekends when the crowd is expected, & why so, this makes sure that all rides will be up & running! Probably start from the last/distant rides, this will give the best chance to cover all the rides
- Food
The food is just good I'd say. I guess the outside food is not allowed, unless any special case.
- Best rides (according to me)
Thunder, Shot-n-drop, Hoola loop, remember to save Aqua dive for the last as you'll need an extra pair of clothes and a towel of course.

Go with family and friends, have fun. You'll never regret!

My kids enjoyed throughout the day. We choose to go on Deepali and it was not crowded at all.

A better place to have a family time, usually crowded in festival holidays.

Water kingdom rides are good and enjoyable. There is family pool also where there are rides for kids also and can be enjoyed a lot. Just remember to wear nylon or Lycra clothes otherwise cotton t- shirts and shorts will disappoint you as it does not slide on the rides. So" nylon or Lycra clothes" only...
On more suggestion: try to go on weekdays even if u have to take a leave otherwise on weekends and public holidays there is very rush and you'll not be able to enjoy coz for every ride you'll have to wait for minimum half to one hour that too standing in a queue and that's disgusting.. hope this helps..

BEST PLACE TO VISIT WITH MANY RIDES AND ENTRY FEE IS ALSO VERY CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHER AMUSEMNET PARKS.

Essel world is one of the oldest theme parks if the city. Best place, to revive the nostalgia of 90's. Optimum place for One day picnic with your family and friends.
