Fare - Charges are pretty decent. On a Friday's you get a free ticket on one you have purchased. One on one free. Rest on other days the normal charges are applicable. Unless it is your birthday. The charges vary each day. It is some where between 700 to 1200.per person.
Ambience- it is good. Huge place to roam around and every rides are well placed in good distance.
Entry - it has got Two entrance . 1 from gorai , 2 from Bhayander.
How to travel - Either travel from gorai via Jetty or by road via Bhayandar
Rides - it has got around 9 to 11 rides for grown ups and many more for childrens. The sad part is there are lots of other activities which come under paid entertainment. Like Lazer fight, ice skating, bike rides etc.
Overall an average person can visit this place 1ce in 4/5 year or more, an entertainment/ ride freak can do the visit any time. Kids love this place and will ask you to take them regularly.

The place has value for money definitely, however I was disappointed with a few of comfort factors. The rides were not very comfortable for a person with good height and health. The leg space in some of the rides were not good.

Rides in Essel world are okayish but not worth the ticket price. I would personally recommend to get the basic ticket if you're aiming for both Essel world and water kingdom in a single day because there simple won't be enough time. In addition to that, the locker and rent rules were a major disappointment due to the fact that they are not clarified right while booking. Overall, not a very good experience. First and last visit!

Park brings back old memories. Has introduced new rides. And card swipe system. Just like in malls refill your card with certain amount and swipe and enjoy ride. Advantage of this is that kids can enjoy their rides and Adults can enjoy theirs. Disadvantage is that once you loose that card (which you will if you don't properly tuck it in when going in thunder or enterprise or top spin, etc.) you will have to find a way to first get it back then continue your fun. Top spin is really worth the money.

Awesome theme park to spent a day with your family or friends. Amazing rides and plus points is that there are many hotels inside the park and they provide the best quality food in one's budget.

Far better and affordable than Imagica. Staff courteous. We visited amusement park on Saturday. No queues for rides. Even after all these years, park is able to maintain the same charm. Thrilling rides Thunder and Top spin are must to have when you visit the park.

It's a Big Amusement park near khopoli station and very easily accessible as well. Rides here are very well made. Atmosphere here is very lively and fun. Bring extra cash for food and other things like locker etc. Overall it's a fun and place for anyone who needs to have fun.

We went on Friday on the offer of freak out Friday.. As it was summer most people were going water kingdom and there was less crowd in essel world and so we were able to enjoy each and every ride Thrice.. It is advisable to enjoy bigger Rides like Thunder, topspin.. do it before lunch... If you are coming from borivali station then don't catch auto because 90% Auto's will charge you as per person at fixed rate (30 rupees per person).. Always prefer Bus 294 as early in the morning you will get that bus full empty that too at 15 rupees person... And after getting down from bus to Gorai Creek there is ferry of Essel world which cost 50 per person (return ticket)... And yes you can carry your Bags but it becomes difficult if you are on ride, because that time you won't be allowed, if you are going on a group then make sure one person stays behind... Carry atleast 2 bottle of water of 1 liter each (per person)... Coming to lunch 2 people can eat one plate of veg thaali... Very good quantity.. If you want to ride more after lunch than you have one veg thaali eating 2 person... Paav bhaji is tasty but i think Paav is not good for health so always have some good dish.. You can have masala dhosa too... We are going there for full day enjoyment so always eat less and enjoy your day... While returning you should enjoy shot and drop ride.. As it will like last ride with fun...

EsselWorld is home to a variety of rides appropriate for individuals of all ages. It boasts of fourteen family rides, eleven adrenaline-pumping thrill rides and fifteen children's rides.[3][4][5]

Roller coaster in EsselWorld, Mumbai.
Apart from the conventional features of a theme park such as rollercoasters and rides, EsselWorld is also host to Mumbai's first ice skating rink, spanning 3400 square feet. The park maintains the rink's temperature at a constant 4 degrees Celsius.[6]

The dance floor is an added characteristic of the park that enables visitors to hold parties at the park. It enjoys colored lights, high definition audio, and a glass dance floor. To maintain its international demeanor the dance hall plays a fusion of Bollywood as well as Western music.[7]

Additionally, the theme park also comprises a 6-lane bowling alley widely known as "Riki's Rocking Alley". The bowling alley consists of an in-built arcade as well as a restaurant, "Tandoori One", which serves vegetarian Indian cuisine.[8] Other culinary options across EsselWorld include Southern Treat - serving traditional South Indian delicacies, Domino's Pizza, Taipan Chinese restaurant, Ohh! Mumbai - a taste of the local favorites, Happy Singh Da Dhaba Punjabi cuisine, Petu's and Mother Dairy desserts.[9]

Scattered across the park are the faces of the Fab-5, otherwise known as EsselWorld and Water Kingdom's mascots. The Fab-5 Bandwagon is an established merchandise store that provides visitors and customers the option to purchase low-priced souvenirs.[10]

In 2010, EsselWorld launched a horror ride entitled "Monsters In The Mist", inaugurated by popular host, actor and first-ever winner of reality TV series "Roadies", Ranvijay, and the CEO of EsselWorld Shirish Deshpande. It was titled India's Scariest Ride.

The ride is a 6,000 square feet indoor dark ride, with a track and car system. It runs for a total of four minutes through a dark den filled with mist and fog amidst numerous thrills and adventures. The ride comprises more than 20 scenes, which are supported by state-of-the-art animatronics and hi-end audio. The ride was designed by renowned international dark attractions manufacturer "The Attraction Factory" established in Missouri, USA.[11]

EsselWorld had 11 lakh visitors in 2015-16. EsselWorld has added a dash of new rides in recent years, like the Shot N Drop (India s tallest tower ride), Top Spin (India s craziest ride), Monsters in the Mist (International Dark ride), Copper Chopper and Aero Swinger

They are still keeping the heat from last decade, it's something to appreciate. It's old but still one of the best amusement park in India. If you come to Mumbai and don't visit this both, you are missing on something wonderful. Recently they started al-a-carte kinda thingcon which you purchase prepaid card with min 390 balance and entry is 90 and then pay per ride, so that opens up so many possibilities, thanks.
