Nasaka Water Purifier - The worst service possible till date. Especially want to point out that even after Nasaka associates (on phone) mention the contact person and provide their numbers. These nincompoops are least bothered to answer the customer's query after the initial hi, hello. Specifically Pradeep, Arjun Raj and Deepak. Wonder how the company still keeps such inefficient employees.

The inverter battery is absolutely useless. I purchased the battery alongwith microtek inverter. Within a month of purchase it started giving trouble. The backup is hardly 1 hour. When I showed to other electricians evry one told the battery cells are weak and suggested to replace the battery immediately. But whenever Okaya service team came the never agreed that battery is weak. I strongly reccomend every one THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER BUY OKAYA BATTERY.
These are the worst people .I am thinking to drag these people to Court.They supplied me the Broken Battery.I complained but with no solution.

Nasaka has the worst Ro service. I bought Ro 5 years back and continously buying AMC of 3500 every year. And they promise of resolving issue with 24 hours. However in five years they never resolved issues within 3 days also. It takes them minimum 7 days, sometime it was 15 days also, that too after escalating and following up every day. Avoid buying Nasaka RO's, else ready to experience pathetic service.
