Worst company to deal with they do not care about customer service. Buyer beware

Atmosphere is laid-back, you will have a few cool co-workers, and you will get a paycheck...these are the only descent things about working at Metron. The pay is below average for this type of work, resources needed to complete work are often low or non-existent, machines are constantly breaking down, very low (if any) compliance with safety measures, management is an absolute joke, and gets worse as you go up in rank, no consistency when it comes to employee accountability or recognition. Favoritism among managers leading to overall low morale among the employees. Good work goes unnoticed while others are rewarded for minimal effort.

This is a terrible place to work. manager gave little to no direction time frames are unachievable from design to production.

Great place to work if you like construction or want to learn but don t want build out in the Colorado weather! Clean shop, safety oriented, great crew.

I delivered a load of 60' steel beams yesterday. It looks like all flatbed deliveries go on Osage street. I had to back in a door off the street so they could off load with a crane. Street is narrow and has a lot of cars on it but the guys that work there were very helpful and hold up traffic for you. Every employee I dealt with was cool. Would do it again.
