This is a place where you can drink great coffee. Amongst the best in Amsterdam. However, the acoustics in this place is so horrible that it is not a place to sit for a longer time or to have an intimate conversation as every person and sound can be heard from one end to the other. 5 stars for the coffee and service, 1 for how nice the place is to hang out.

If you have something to do in the morning in the park (such as Applied Sciences) then this place is great. Nice coffee, great seating and there is always something tasty with it. This morning nice croissant with medium cappucino on. It's on the price but I like to talk about it!

Sometimes it is very busy and I understand that not everyone is helped calmly and with a joke. It is strange that some people do not understand that people are working hard to provide everyone with tasty coffee.

This place is flat white heaven, usual room to chill and staff always seem like people I want to hug.

I left off the fifth start because their brewed tea tastes like slightly flavored hot water. If I ever risk getting ordering it again I'll see if I can get them to brew strong.

Very slow. Coffee was more like tea. Cappucino milk seemed a bit over date

Two cappuccino and two croissants; wait more than twenty minutes. And the cappu was a hot cup of milk that just floated on a froth of foam.

Closing time is 6pm according to the schedule on the door and on Google. I go there at 4.30pm, a guy is standing inside, I ask to buy coffee beans and he says it is closed. I explain to him I have walked for half an hour just to come there and he refuses to sell them to me. This is so disrespectful for clients.

Conveniently located espresso bar. The roast is severely underextracted (sour!) while prices are quite steep.

Coffee is excellent, food was mediocre, but the service was outright bad. when ordering a v60, my friend got told he could ha e some of the already brewed batch filter coffee, because it would be essentially the same. brought different food than ordered without apologizing and when spaces downstairs were all taken wouldnt open upstairs for new customers.

Stuff to drink and eat is okay. Seats are somewhat uncomfortable. If you need to have a short meeting near Westerpark, this is a good place.

For 4 years now I have been taking a coffee for a walk through the park. Staff is uninterested and never really nice. Very unfortunate because the location is nice. The coffee is ok, but quite pricey in relation to the 'service'. I do not understand, a laugh at the coffee costs nothing on other occasions.

Large coffee not filled to the top, took 25 minutes to get a coffee so beware of busy periods best to go elsewhere. Coffee also just ok.

Positive is the location and the design of the cafe, so I m sure it could improve.

Would be faster to serve yourself. Badly understaffed.

Coffee is excellent. A pie for four with a minus. A tiny piece and too much sugar.

Excellent coffee. Deducted one star because the pastries are all exposed on the counter and with the amount of people coming in and out that doesn't seem very hygienic. Please put them behind a glass!

Here I have regularly been to drink the delicious coffee. The service is always professional and friendly. You can sit here, even outside. They also serve fragrant cakes and rolls of pom or toasted bread with spicy fermented cabbage and melted cheese. I thought it sounded weird but it really tasted special. Recommended.

I have no idea how this cafe got such a high rating. I went only once, but the service was slow and disinterested, despite there only being 3 customers. However, the ladies were not unpleasant. My wife's earl grey tea was pre-prepared and cold. However, it was the coffee that literally made me gag.
I have lived on and off for the past 15 years in Italy and I take my coffee very seriously. However, I am not that picky when outside of southern Italy as coffee tends to be rather mediocre. However, I had a takeaway double espresso and literally had to spit it out. It was so bad that I had to throw it away. I have had better coffee on RyanAir than here.
I am happy to consider that this was a one off, but I am not going back to find out. The thought of that coffee is too horrible to contemplate.

Amazing coffee and tasty muffins make this my fav spot when in Westerpark. If you're out walking your dog, you can bring them along as well :)

A bit away from the city center, which is overcrowded by tourists, there is fantastic coffee, very tasty particles and of course the right cola from home in a very dignified atmosphere. Insider tip!

The place is located right next to a beautiful park, and has outdoor seating. Not really appropriate for the laptop crowd.

They roast their coffee. Maybe that's why it's so good.

Great coffee, awesome selection of sweets and pastries and friendly staff. The place has an edgy industrial vibe with comfy seats, a nice view of Westerpark and outside seating. Shame it only opens at 9am on weekdays since I'd like to go before work.

Coffee is okay. No power connections for laptops. Also saw nothing of wifi.

Very stylish place where you can see coffee roasting process. Cappuccino is great probably one of the best in the city. However no gluten free options for pastry.

Nice place in the Westpark heart! Double decker roastery with delicious coffee. Latte was yummy. Personnel is kind and hospitable but we had to wait a bit long for our drinks. Fine view to the park is making your drink even more tasty

Good coffee. May be very busy if you are im a rush. A bit of drawback is they give disposable cups even if you stay in to drink the coffee

This was by far the best coffee I had in Amsterdam. Better than Lot 61 or Yuku. Oat milk cappuccino was heaven in a cup.
