One of the most races company to work for I was told and I witnessed an inappropriate joke team leads are not professional for there job title and HR believes anything what the leads would say and not listen to your side of the story and management looks for any excuse to write ppl up or any excuse for termination I love the job but the people that runs the show Leads, management, and HR sucks big time

This review has been edited to remove a previous complaint. Espec ultimately did a good job resolving the issue. I encourage Espec to continue to make decisions that keep its workers happy!

In response to Diony's review, I cannot speak to the team leads personally. I had a personal experience today with upper management (I believe his name was Jeff) that could have gone incredibly poorly. He could have blamed me for damage, of which I believed I was responsible for. However, he was not only incredibly gracious, but also admitted that there was prior damage & I was in no way responsible. So what I thought was going to end incredibly poorly ended up being a non-issue. I am incredibly grateful & appreciative.
