The parking attendants are quite possible the most rude people I have ever encountered........denison parking get your customer service up this is ridiculous

The drs are very thorough and are actually willing to help you gain the very best health possible. I would recommend this clinic to any adult in need of great health care!!

I've been here 2 days and I haven't met ANY mean or rude people!! Everyone has been incredibly thoughtful and kind. They put me through a battery of tests and were so careful not to cause discomfort. High marks for cleanliness as well. The rooms and halls were spotless and smelled good. I came via ambulance to the ER. I want everyone to know how much I appreciate ALL OF THEM. The CAT scan lady, the amazing doctor who did my biopsies and everyone in-between.

I went there because I was deferred from a plasma donation because I was in a hypertensive crisis, my BP was 180/105.
Upon arrival the check in staff was absolutely wonderful, however it wasn t until I met the sadistic doctor JAKE that I felt lacking of care and concern. Even after confirming my urgent and possible FATAL condition, this HORRIBLE un compassionate doctor attempted to send me home with ONLY IBUPROFEN!!!!!!!!!! Ibuprofen because I complained of a headache which more than likely was a symptom of the hypertension. He queries about my headache in a very condescending manner asking how do I know the headache is attributed to my high blood pressure and I calmly inform him of my previous history with this issue which was very difficult because I was becoming very irritated with this doctor s unprofessional behavior and lack of concern for my welfare. He again insists upon giving me ONLY ibuprofen And asks for a urine sample to r/o any possible pregnancies . When the sweet nurse comes in, I informed her of how upset I was at coming to an urgent care facility with an emergent issue and only being prescribed an anti inflammatory. She, with great compassion tried to convince me to speak with doctor Jake s supervisor in regards to my disgust however at that time it was getting late and I had to prepare meals for my children and didn t want my precious time wasted any further if I wasn t going to get the help I desperately needed.
This was my very first time here and will also be my last be last because of this HORRID doctor being the face of this place for me.

My personal experience with Eskenazi Hospital was a true good experience! I bring my child there when she gets sick 2 Peds. Urgent care. & she know we love how she gets treated she always says there nice 2 me mommy ! Great new environment! clean ! & seemingly GREAT staff! So far so GOOD my times there. Kp up the good WRK!!

If you're not waiting 30-45 minutes past your appointment time, are you even at Eskenazi? I'm about to start coming 30 min late to all my appointments.
