DO NOT COME HERE! They barely speak English. If I could give them a 0 I would! I would not recommend you ever to come here or send your loved ones here! They have bad communications skills, horrible nurses! (Joell and Kelly ) they need to do better!
So I came to Eskenazi on a referral and I must say at first I was hesitant because of the distance from my home and there was a ER closer to me. I am extremely happy I came here. They were exceptional. Very attentive and supportive and reassuring. Fast and efficient. Indianapolis is my home now and Eskenazi will be the hospital my family chooses for our emergency needs. Thank you to the staff for their beautiful services.
best local clinic I have ever went to, I ve been here since I was a kid with my mom and they always do the best job and speak to us nicely, when I was overweight they helped me tips on how to lose weight and recently I ve just gotten my COVID vaccine and I m perfectly fine now I do recommend going here and I had a great experience
The best, most compassionate team EVER! Kindness and thoughtfulness. Clean and quiet. I was admitted overnight and not kept up by loud employees or call bells. Shout out to Kristen, Brooke and all the others on the 8th floor. Wonderful and attentive, even when all I wanted was ice chips! If it was important to me then it was important to them! The last night nurse, who helped give me blood was wonderful too! I just can't remember her name. She came in did her job and never woke me up. When I woke up, BAM, ice chips! Gotta love her!
Brought my husband for a toe fracture. Got in a 9:30pm and didn t leave till after 7:30am. We basically had to beg to get discharged. As Doctors were entering the room they asked us what the previous Dr said. The communication is very poor and are very poor at communicating information to you. Don t be fooled by how beautiful the building is. It s all a mess inside.
I have been going here since I was a kid. I started having back issues in high school and every time I have gone to seek help they haven't tried to find the problem. They have used the excuse of it's just because I am overweight and say come back in a week if it persists. I am now 10 years of dealing with flare ups to the point I can't walk 2 steps without pain from my shoulders to my legs. I went 3 weeks ago due to a severe flare up and they gave me Tylenol, and a lidocane patch and to come back if it persists.. They have messed up tests in the past as well and refuse to redo them. Worst hospital I have ever dealt with. They stop replying to you when you message them about issues, using my chart. Don't go to them. Will be finding a new doctor. This place only takes your money with no desire to help you get better or know what is wrong.
ER, Doctors and nursing staff provided professional, caring services to my elderly mother and I am grateful.
Went to ER on a weekend. Great all around friendliness and patience. Wait was a bit long but every person who entered my room seemed to show a good level of caring and concern. When I asked for explanations of what happened to me, they explained as well as they could. I know these are tough times but keep up this good quality, it means a lot.
The followup was also great - first it was automated call but then an actual nurse, who was incredibly knowledgeable and told me about 20 different things I could do to alleviate my pain.
Myself and wife have been here for covid 19 vaccine. Excellent attention to detail in terms of infection control.
Vaccine area is well laid out and easy to navigate. Vaccine area well staffed, so there has been no waiting for injections. Staff friendly and courteous.
I need a covid test and they are refusing me ANY TYPE SERVICES. I VE been going to them almost 7yrs. This is the worst treatment I've ever had with them.
