9.2. I sent 10 letters with a wedding invitation paid almost 300kc and so far no one has received anything ... I was to ask in person at the post office after 14 days what no one received the letter and I was told that they definitely sent it and that it is no longer traceable !! So not only did I lose the invitations but also the money .. for * early mail !!!!

If you want a package for mail, because you know that you will not be at home, the courier dials you at 9:00, as if you are not at home when he is in front of the house. However, it is most magical if you do not expect any package and therefore do not watch its delivery. Then you don't even know that you have something stored at the post office (delivery note..nic). Only then do you have to apologize to the dialed sender for the reason why the package was sent back to him. What am I having a problem with? I'm useless! Only the post office has a problem informing me about this shipment. Unfortunately, this has happened to me several times and I am not the only one.

Calling a phone number listed in your contacts equals winning a lottery. Waiting time for recommended letter-package is 10-15 minutes on average, I recommend to take a book in the queue :-))
I will always do what I need in an acceptable time. Mr. Hermann is a master, the speed at which he handles shipments and other services is not visible. I think the staff is half past half. Some are nice and know what they are doing, others are poisoned and it takes them. I think this post is cool.
The staff has always been very welcoming, friendly and patient with me despite my difficulties with the Czech language.
