Never seen such a zero management, 2 times we try to put our son to a boom last year, 3 days before, I request confirmation of the place of the appointment, I am informed that occasion where the arrow is canceled. The question still arises as to whether we would have been really already informed last year. This year early in the season I called (on the phone people I had seemed clueless complete I thought it was normal may be early in the season ...), we assured me that it had to register with the arrows on the internet, there was the timing and blah blah blah ... Ok I register my son Tuesday for Sunday's arrow, and although coincidentally arrow canceled, but there by cons they took the money with the registration on the site, but no message to tell us that the boom is canceled! we were told that we were not on "the list"! Is that so? So we receive a registration confirmation email but it is not on the list ...? Just you do not put your customers aware that's all ... Venus Carcassonne for nothing! Move on ! Call people who have registered is not complicated either check! Or update your site but stop selling benefits that you do not do !!
