Friendly staff, available and attentive. The training went well.

Very welcome, the teachers are friendly and available for any explanation. Following this training I obtained my diploma.

Training of English, teachers at the top for the rest of it I am very disappointed ..
No explanation on the self training software. Extremely unpleasant coordinator and unkind remarks.
No white exams before the BULATS pass and no explanation of how it goes.
I do not recommend this property ..

Very happy with my training. In addition, rather good location for dining ..... I highly recommend .....

This group trains in French, math, computer science to foreigners or not working in the capital.
However, these trainers also have enormous difficulties speaking our language !!!
We can thus see teaching the words "standart", "you go (from the verb to go)", and icing on the cake "periferique" (and I invent nothing !!)
I do not advise you to use their services !!! Under serious penalty of stupidity !!!
For locals no need to add more !!! It's already said !! ........... ROTTEN!

Forced to put 1 star, we can not put less. The 0 of the formation:

0 organization, 0 follow-up, 0 administration skills; 0 professionalism; 0 staff involvement (especially management).

The training center is unable to give the modalities of the exams for which it trains trainees.

In short, to escape (nothing to eat around and more!)

The premises are not clean, they are not well heated and the toilet doors broken for several months as well as drink dispensers that do not work. Computers are old and bugs. The secretary and some trainers are haughty, the training goes round and in the end is useless. To finish with the toilets are in the classroom and the door does not close, one has to breathe the smell of the toilet during several hours of course. ESF you should be ashamed of the way you treat your trainees

A very unpleasant experience, and it starts at the reception, badly polite people who speaks to you as if you are a clean evil, you cut the floor, do not try to understand your situation and go right away in the extremes (he There were documents missing from my file which was not on the list given to me by ESF, and when I am asked to ask if I have it in my possession, I do not know. I have not had the time to say that I can get them under 3 days, that they cut me the floor by saying me in a very unpleasant way "well you do not take, you are not accepted in the training".
During the interview too, unpleasant, unsympathetic, dismissive, haughty.

Having undergone training at home c shame that the program is not respected, the premises are too small suddenly poor organization for the courses, and c true we would believe that they take people just for the money I recommend !

A training center that has managed a new training, which has been able to contribute to our success by providing good trainers.

BEP training in administrative services zero that I did not finish because the courses were not serious no maths teacher at all history geography it was videos in each course for what was accounting we have had only one course in 6 months that I stayed and the teacher who gave the secretarial lessons very unpleasant spent her time talking to us about her other class of medical secretary apparently her initial training

I knew the ESF as part of a vocational English course.
Although they have a staff to maintain the cleanliness of the premises, this place does not seem very clean.
The carpet is dirty and stained.
The walls and window panes are very dirty.
The washbasins in the bathrooms leave much to be desired and the walls of the toilets are dilapidated.
Classrooms are filled with childish posters.
No water fountain in the premises. I find that aberrant.
The juice / soda dispenser has been out of order for more than 3 months.
The walls are not well soundproofed.
We hear a lot of voices coming from the rooms next door. The bad soundproofing is a fact but I find that they are not respectful because they speak and laugh really loud.
Regarding training, the trainer is good. Pedagogue and nice. The content is mixed.
I did not find the CV / LDM part useful / relevant but this is my own opinion. I was really expecting to focus on language and English classes.
This module was mainly provided as part of our job search francophone while we are not (necessarily) come to follow this training in this context. Many were already in post. What's more, if we decided to take this training, it is to improve our English skills and not to redo or review our CV / LDM although this training for a professional purpose.

I did a training of administrative employee and reception with this organization in 2017.
I do not recommend it.
They are not serious at all.
A tip go instead to GRETA (which I have always been satisfied)!
I explain: ESF gave us the training program and the dates of the training courses. Only when we found our internship on the dates indicated we were warned at the last minute that it was not the right dates and we were told that our internship began in 2 days.
My group and I were warned on Thursday to start on Monday. As a result it was a panic and embarrassment to the companies that received us for the internship, we had to call them back to prevent them.
Fortunately I came across a very understanding person.
Another thing: the day of the exams part of the jury were racist.
In my group we were divided with 2 parts of the jury!
Guess what ? The other group failed and for my part of the group we got the CCP 2.
You know why ? The other jury was composed of Europeans and the other with different origins. Knowing that in the 1st group there were graduates with masters! In short it was not normal!
One last thing: when they present you the training they do not tell you that you pass a CCP 1 or a CCP 2. Basically it is not the whole training that you do but just a part. So, I have to redo training to pass the CCP1.
They made us believe that it was the entire professional title.
They were not clear from the start!

NO ORGANIZATION. LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Strongly discourages, THIS IS ONLY COVER! They recruit, test and interview, they specify that it takes a certain level to integrate this training.
Suddenly, you think it's serious, except you end up with people without diplomas or experiences for training "qualifying" level bac + 2.
Moreover, YOU DO NOT VALIDATE THE WHOLE OF WHAT YOU MIGHT BELIEVE.

TAKING MONEY ON YOUR DOS is the main goal of the training organization. As soon as you want to leave the training, they think about the money that the state finances.

Because 1 person = 7000th then a group?

They lack communication and organization but are on the lookout for problems that happen in groups. I found myself at recess with adults who do not know the difference between working together and having affinity, in premises in bad condition .. No air conditioning especially in summer to the point where I even had time to faint.

I did the same training in the ignorance until I was really really done ..

It is better to go through a fairly popular and flawless organization because today many are only there for the money they make on your back regardless of the consequences.
