I had been a customer for years without problems.
Last purchase in January of 5 toners. Unfortunately, 4 were defective and I ask for it to be replaced. After two expeditions in which they send me wrong toner from another printer (with a time frame of 3 months) I ask for a refund but the money has never been credited to me. The emails almost never respond. To avoid !!!

After a couple of months of use, the welded seat on the back of the office chair breaks.
Not changed under warranty because breakage "due to use".
So remember, if you buy office chairs do not sit in the office because that is not the use for which they are intended, such use can break them in a very short time, invalidating the warranty.
