Danielle was AMAZING throughout my shopping experience at EROS 1207. As I entered the store, she politely greeted me and was able to discover what I needed. While we explored the store together, she continuously showed her commitment to providing exceptional customer service by answering all my questions making sure I was 100 percent satisfied. Overall, Danielle provided me with one of the best shopping experiences I have had in any retail environment.

Drove 45min to get there but wow, just WOW! The store is amazing. It's beyond what I was expecting. They just have EVERYTHING.. I called ahead and was told to "Come on over!", Even tho it was my first time, the lady that helped me made me feel comfortable. I'm a big woman so it is hard to find lingerie in my size but I found the perfect outfit in there. My birthday is coming up and thanks to Eros, it will be perfect. And thank you miss misty for all your help. I'll be back to see that bold and beautiful area you guys are working on, too! My man's gonna love it.
Staff is VERY RUDE will definitely not shop there again. They need to close that store and Fire everyone and not reopen till they have adicquit people to run it. I meet one owner a few years back and he was a really nice guy and had shopped there ever since, but due to the staff there now I will Absolutely Never go back.
This place has everything you could imagine. The young lady named Misty was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store, and provided a top notch shopping experience for me and my Wife. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend this store to everyone I know. Ask for Misty when you go there. She is the best!

I didn't know what to buy as a gift Sabrina helped me the whole process while I was shopping showing different kind of products even took the time opening the products to hands on see what I was buying and what would work best she even gave me her idea options as well I loved the service! I loved the fact that they treated me awesome and helped me figure out what was the best items to get. Danielle was awesome with customer services and gave great advice. I will be shopping more often.

My two other friends and I came in to the store and were told by one sales associate that they're only limiting customers to ten minutes in the store to browse around before they asked us to leave. I had a toy in mind I wanted to buy but wanted to compare with other brands they carried. Another sales associate approached us and asked if we needed help with anything and I told her I wanted to look at the different products they had. She said that they have a website for me to browse in to do the comparing in and said we needed to leave. We told her we had just gotten in the door and were told we had at least 10 minutes. The sales associate said that due to only letting so many customers in at a time, they had to limit how long we stayed. We were literally the only ones there and there was no one waiting outside when she kicked us out. We will not be returning to the store at all and would rather give our business to the other three stores in the area that don't have ridiculous restrictions. If you're busy, it's understandable but when literally no one else was there, let people shop. I've been a loyal customer for years but I will not be going back at all. Good luck guys.

Been here several times before and after covid restrictions. Misty is always friendly/helpful and explains products in detail! The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. We have been told about the 10-15 minute time constraint due to covid when they are busy and it hasn t been an issue. They didn t follow us around or tell us to leave. The store is always clean and organized. We will definitely be coming back sometime! Keep it up y all!
